This is, by far, the worst Taco Bell around. Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure for my family and this one is closest so I have given them MANY chances.There is a 50% or higher chance that your nacho chips will be stale or taste rancid (maybe it's the oil that's bad?). I have never had that at another location but at least 5 times, I've had to throw away a Bell Grande from here that was disgusting!If my order has more than 1 item, it is a guarantee there will be something missing and and something wrong. I don't bother with the drive through as it is ridiculously slow and too hard to get mistakes corrected.I don't know what the management does here but the staff are poorly trained and the oil is rancid. Go anywhere else.

When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker on the afternoon of Sunday, 2/18/24, I waited for a couple of minutes before someone told me that there was no one covering the drive thru & that I would have to come inside to order. I drove around, parked, and went inside. Can I get 2 soft taco supremes please, I asked. The response: I'm sorry, we don't have any beef tacos today. Would you like chicken or steak? Would you want to eat here? Or like me, would you walk out the door & swear never to return. I really liked (yes, past tense) Taco Bell food. But my last 2 visits (the previous one was in Westborough MA) were horrendous. Never Again.

Rico took my order and was great. He was in a good mood and was laughing with myself and my brother. He definitely is the reason I’ve gone back now three times despite this location being further from my home than other Taco Bell’s. He also made sure to correct my order when a chicken leg was missing from my meal. Great service for sure.
I have eaten at this specific taco bell five times to make sure it gets the review it deserves and oh boy is 1 star not ruthless enough for this terrible establishment. The workers have a terrible attitude when your ordering which is usually not something i care about because i understand if someone has a bad day but this is consistent. Spicy potato soft tacos? Nothing soft about these tooth breakers, their potatoes are like rocks…please tell me how you even achieve this. The quesadilla burnt and not cut so its a mess trying to figure out how to even eat it. Also there is nothing fast about this food, be prepared to wait in the drive through (other cars or not) for at least 10-15 minutes if your lucky that the workers are even paying attention to anything that day. Terrible place, close your doors, or higher new people.

I drive up on 12/2 at 12:50 and I am greeted with “what do you want” , I order 2 bean burritos and a 5 layer beef. I then look in the bag and am missing one of the burritos and have no napkins. The other reviews are spot on, won’t come again.Vegetarian options: Bean burrito good

This location is always “out of ice”. Taco Bell side is “having issues” and isn’t serving food, even though there’s no signs at the drive through that say this. They let me order tacos and then when k get to the window I question the total because it seemed too low and they say “oh there’s no taco bell today. Like ok… I wouldn’t have even gotten a soda then to go with my nonexistent lunch
