Bar One and Sushi Reviews
Best I have ever had!! Only change I would recommend is play Chinese music, not a joke box. Portions are huge, quality is top notch!
The food is delicious, consistently and there's fun stuff within walking/riding distance
A couple days late but got a gift card for our favorite Chinese & sushi spot Bar One and sushi. We went Friday at 5pm & were seated right away. We didn't get sushi this time but did the mini platter three, fried rice, singapore noodles, & the shredded chicken in garlic sauce add pineapple extra spicy. Everything was delcious as usual and have meals for a couple days. And thanks to our favorite waitress Sara ❤️

Bar One and Sushi offers a casual and cozy atmosphere, serving fresh, flavorful food such as delicious sushi, sashimi, hearty soup, and special ribs. The friendly owners create a welcoming environment, making it a popular spot for both old friends and new guests. The bartender provides excellent recommendations, like the house fried rice filled with shrimp, chicken, and pork. The menu also includes homemade dumplings fried to perfection, and the sushi is always big, well-rolled, and stays fresh. Visitors often find the food delicious and generous enough for leftovers. During busy nights, the restaurant can be crowded and noisy, but it remains clean and casual, ideal for meeting friends or watching a game on the many TVs. The Asian food, especially the Chinese dishes like General Gaus Chicken, is praised for being better than most takeout options in the area, with light, crispy breading and tender chicken in a rich, spicy sauce. Service is friendly, polite, and timely, with staff willing to help with menu choices. Though the atmosphere isn’t romantic or quiet, it’s a fun place to enjoy a quick meal or celebrate special occasions, with memorable experiences such as staff singing for birthdays. The variety on the menu ensures there’s something for everyone, from specialty rolls to appetizers and non-sushi entrées.
