I normally use their drive thru. The service here has been inconsistent. Sometimes great and sometimes bad. Usually very slow. Their entrance and exit is on the combined side of Rt 20w and Rt 12s in a higher speed area. Update: they recently had Brian an assistant manager from Norwood who delivered the best service we have gotten here so far.
Parking: Parking lot often has only a few cars in it.

Probably one of the worst burger kings around. Waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes and haven't even been waited on yet. They said "one minute" and then nothing......won't be back here any time soon

I ordered the firey crispy chicken sandwich they threw it together and gave me one that wasn’t spicy covered in bbq sauce. This was tonight 02/22/25 around 6:25pm

Stood at counter waiting to order for over 5 minutes. Three workers looked at us never said a word. continued to take orders and give orders to take out window. Kept looking at us. Never said a word. We walked out.

I never even ordered. First thing I did was use the bathroom. It was trashed. No tp. Then I stood in line. I don't know how long but it was a while. No one in front of me. I was the only one. But when I overheard a woman say that she had been waiting for 30 minutes, and had already received her drinks which I'm sure her kids had finished, I bailed.

When I was growing up fast food restaurants ran like an oiled machine. Back of house kept the food flowing and front of house kept the customers happy.
Nowadays the front of the house can hardly address the customer. The back of the house appears disconnected and uncontrolled. The food makes scraps look good.
~35 minutes to get a burger,? Order of rings and chicken fries. 10 minutes at the drive through window with no response then 25 minutes at the counter watching an absolute clusterF of the employees.

Only fast food establishment I’ve been in the area that actually is decent and does a good job with the presentation of food and service, everywhere you go there is going to be a wait that’s just how it is, but these people actually haven’t missed a single meal I’ve gotten and it’s always really good. Thank you for making my meals when I don’t have the energy and it’s such a huge help to me. People are entitled don’t let them get you down. You guys are awesome.

Terrible value. We spent over $30 on two large meals. One of them was and 8 piece nugget. They gave us 4 nuggets, a small fries a small onion rings. Rip off!

Service was horrible, the woman at the counter glared at me and my friends when we walked in and said they were out of everything that I asked for (they didn't check) the woman also stood not facing us and staring into the void.

The guy working the counter was very nice and professional. As far as how clean the place was. It was very good. Maybe because they were almost closed up for the night. Idk. The bathroom though on the other hand, a missing urinal and a bathroom stall that does not lock at all. Makes me feel like I'm in elementary school ?
