Don't pull forward when they ask you to. They'll make you wait until you need to go in and get it to only realize they gave it to someone else. Also another customer came in complaining that they didn't get what they ordered; they were given something else because what they wanted wasn't ready.

Very old Burger King, old curtains in the windows and old booths. Could do with an update. Tables not wiped down. Staff was very nice and food came quick and was good quality.

i’m highly allergic to pickles, so i rarely eat out but i thought id treat myself today since i love burger king… i ordered a plain burger on the app and even left a comment saying pls no pickles im allergic, as u can guess i opened my burger to a whole bunch of pickles in it, i just wanna say that if i didn’t open it first and had taken a bite, id be suing yall hard from my hospital bed. how crazy

I normally use their drive thru. The service here has been inconsistent. Sometimes great and sometimes bad. Usually very slow. Their entrance and exit is on the combined side of Rt 20w and Rt 12s in a higher speed area. Update: they recently had Brian an assistant manager from Norwood who delivered the best service we have gotten here so far.
Parking: Parking lot often has only a few cars in it.

Probably one of the worst burger kings around. Waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes and haven't even been waited on yet. They said "one minute" and then nothing......won't be back here any time soon

Stood at counter waiting to order for over 5 minutes. Three workers looked at us never said a word. continued to take orders and give orders to take out window. Kept looking at us. Never said a word. We walked out.

I never even ordered. First thing I did was use the bathroom. It was trashed. No tp. Then I stood in line. I don't know how long but it was a while. No one in front of me. I was the only one. But when I overheard a woman say that she had been waiting for 30 minutes, and had already received her drinks which I'm sure her kids had finished, I bailed.
