Chili's in Auburn Ma. Was great. I hadn't been to Chili's for awhile due to previous poor experiences. I kept hearing great things lately and my daughter confirmed that things changed. I went with my daughter and son. Service was great. Food was great and served quickly and hot. The price was very reasonable. Very happy with the experience. Will be back soon.

The employees do not wash hands when leaving bathrooms and when pointed out they have excuses and then the manager has the nerve in retaliation to shut me Off from lFar from being overserved and I had 3-beers and my husband had 2 amazing I was charged for6 totally disgusting. All because I called out the staff on hygiene. Sad so sad and I was charged for chips and salsa being a reward member. We have gone there for a long time again sad and disgusting

This location is far worse than those closer to Boston area. For some reason my cheese quesadillas with the salad were cold, even though at another location they were provided warm for take outā¦ Will not be coming back to this location.
The triple dipper is a best seller for a reason! š¤¤. The fried mozzarella always has the perfect cheese pull, the honey chipotle chicken crispers are addicting and the big mouth bites complete the delicious trio.
This Chilis is located next to a Burger King and I always wonder why anyone would choose BK when Chilis food is not only better, but also a lower price! You can get an old timer burger, starter (soup, salad, or chips and salsa), and a drink for $10.99ā¦ I know BK canāt beat thatā¦ and thatās just one of the many options!
Despite being busy, I always get great service at this location (Serena is one of their best servers) and the kitchen is always fast.Looking forward to our next visit!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chilis in Auburn and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences Iāve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, comfortable ambiance that made it perfect for a solo night out.
What truly set the experience apart, though, was the outstanding serviceāespecially from Anthony, the bartender. He is a true professional who takes his craft seriously. Not only did he craft some of the best cocktails Iāve ever had, but he also took the time to recommend drinks based on my preferences, demonstrating his deep knowledge of mixology. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine passion for hospitality made my evening even more enjoyable.
Beyond the fantastic drinks, the food was great. Whether youāre coming in for a full meal or just drinks at the bar, this place is a must-visit.
If youāre looking for an amazing dining experience with top-tier service, I highly recommend Chilis in Auburn, MA. And if you have the chance, be sure to sit at the bar and let Anthony take care of youāyou wonāt be disappointed!

Went to Chili's on a Saturday evening and this place was PACKED. Every parking space full, every table full, and even still, the service and food were a 10/10. We only waited about 10 minutes for our table, our waiter was attentive and brought drink refills without asking. The Nashville hot motz sticks were unreal good. Highly recommend and not just because of the social media buzz
