The only thing that bothered me was the fact that the floors had very large cracks in the cement and I was just hoping it would not cave in.

I love this restaurant.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chilis in Auburn and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, comfortable ambiance that made it perfect for a solo night out.
What truly set the experience apart, though, was the outstanding service—especially from Anthony, the bartender. He is a true professional who takes his craft seriously. Not only did he craft some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had, but he also took the time to recommend drinks based on my preferences, demonstrating his deep knowledge of mixology. His attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine passion for hospitality made my evening even more enjoyable.
Beyond the fantastic drinks, the food was great. Whether you’re coming in for a full meal or just drinks at the bar, this place is a must-visit.
If you’re looking for an amazing dining experience with top-tier service, I highly recommend Chilis in Auburn, MA. And if you have the chance, be sure to sit at the bar and let Anthony take care of you—you won’t be disappointed!

Went to Chili's on a Saturday evening and this place was PACKED. Every parking space full, every table full, and even still, the service and food were a 10/10. We only waited about 10 minutes for our table, our waiter was attentive and brought drink refills without asking. The Nashville hot motz sticks were unreal good. Highly recommend and not just because of the social media buzz

Being as fair as possible. note to chef to look at the food before it goes out. Burger of choice was Santa fe without guacamole add bacon. Order is delivered very prompt after order that is five star. Total taste and presentation under average. "Not enough sauce no cilantro or jalapeños. I will revisit this location for a future review
The food was fantastic at this location! Top notch margaritas. Quick service, even for a busy Saturday night. The staff is very diligent and responsive. Highly recommended!

What a crazy mess! I’ve never order call this place! The thing is the closes one to me is still 60miles away!
Stopped here for dinner while in town on business. I ate at the bar and I have to say that this bartender was on point. The bar wasn't full but it wasn't empty either... She was covering the entire bar area including the surrounding tables while making drinks for the entire restaurant. Although she was super busy, she was very attentive, and I never really had to wait long for anything.
This location is lucky to find a person with this kind of work ethic given the fact that the average work ethic in the food industry is generally rather low. On average, I find that most restaurant workers prioritize their cell phone more than they do their customers. I am not saying all of them because my gf works in the industry, and she is a very hard worker but she is the exception and so is this bartender.

The location in Auburn is hit or miss. We, however, keep coming back to roll the dice because my wife loves the cajun pasta. Last night was a pair of snake eyes (dice metaphor). The cajun pasta that my wife ordered came out luke-warm (bordering cold). I said something to our server (pleasant enough young kid) who took the plate to the kitchen and moments later came back with the same plate of cold pasta now literally drenched with piping hot Alfredo sauce (yes, same cold pasta underneath). He said, "the pasta will get cold sometimes and so they added some sauce to warm it up.. but if you don't like it, we can just make you another." Requesting another is what we requested to begin with. By the time the newly made meal came out for my wife, my daughter and I were finishing dinner. The person who takes your order is never the person bringing you the food by the way. The "plate runner" lacked the personality to smile and even be just a little pleasant. She clearly was either having a terrible night or just hates her job. The owner will offer those with a bad experience to go on a website and submit your experience to a CSR. We've been through this song and dance and the result is a standard $25 gift card to use for a future visit. You won't get reimbursed for your bad experience. For my wife and I and the small buttered pasta dish we ordered for my daughter, after tax and tip, the bill was nearly $80. No special drinks...just soda and water. They moved to milk in juice boxes now...that little thing will cost you almost $3. For the price we paid, we would have been better off going to a nice local Italian restaurant. Chili's is your typical corporate chain where service and food is sub-par but for top dollar. Buyer beware! Eating at home seems more and more appetizing (pun intended) these days!

came here with my friend on a saturday night during pretty peak hours and the service was still fantastic! our server was warm, very patient, and efficient af. The food came out so fast and it was piping hot, delicious, and completely true to what we ordered, didn’t need to send anything back or wait on any sauces, just dug right in! The atmosphere is great if you’re into a sport bar kind of vibe at that time of the night specifically, it’s definitely loud but I didn’t mind and I’m really there for the triple dippers so… Definitely worth your money! It was pretty cheap for what we ordered.
