I haven't been to Chili's in many years < not for any particular reason > and was very happy with food, prices and service at my recent visit Michelle our waitress was a DOLL and so helpful & accommodating. Food came out quick and I was pleasantly surprised with amount of food. I even grabbed take out for my Mom and Cousin. Definitely recommend for a quick bite from this well known chain.

Food was over cooked and it was a quesidilla!!!!! Service was non existent. Granddaughter didn't get what she ordered and couldn't get any service and then suddenly she shows up and asks if we want dessert and then says we can pay on the device on the table. Won't go back. Third try, third fail. Done.

We arrived at this Chili's establishment probably around 6:30 7:00. There was no seats at the bar which was fine we sat down at a booth. We then proceeded to order food and drinks after about 15 to 20 minutes. Obviously Friday night a lot of people drinking having fun but the servers were friends with the clients so it was a little excessive. To also note on that the server came over with cherries and with the spoon serve the clients cherries out of the jar and then put it in the client's drink and then proceeded to put the spoon back into the jar to then serve more cherries to people at the table. There was also some other fruit that was displayed at the bar that people were just grabbing with their hands was pretty disgusting. We waited for our food for about 30 to 45 minutes notice that our food wasn't coming out Waiter for our table told us it would be done a minute 20 minutes went past finally we received our food chicken was cold corn was soggy we got the combo special. At this point we were kind of upset but was hungry anyways so just ate the food that was there and the other food left it off to the side. They did give us a $10 discount but with how the food was served and how cold it was and us being hungry we ate what we could. The server came over twice never got refills for our drinks and after we were all done eating asked us how the food was at that point is when we told her that half of it was cold their ribs were very gamey and had a lot of fat but we're okay for the most part it was at least warm. For all in all I would give this service and establishment a 3 out of 10. Basically for the sheer fact that you should never take someone's spoon from someone's drink that they were drinking out of and proceed to put it in a jar that you are going to serve to other customers that is a big no-no. And the other downfall was the lack of service.

There were two young people that I encountered. The young lady who sat my, by my request, at the bar for a take out order. By the way, Heineken in the bottle is $7 each (not a typo). Bartender Shane was young and so attentive to his customers at both seats / booths and sitting at the bar. So much energy of a youth but even though young had tremendous work ethic.

good service. only -1 is kitchen staff, they try, but I'm guessing they have a programmed kitchen, because if you ask for an ingredient to be removed, you're 50/50 to get burnt or otherwise inferior results. But this is a problem with ALL sites on this chain, not just one location. so if you like Chilli's, you'll like this one. Better than average staffing, etc.

The food was tasty and there's an awesome allergy menu. The service was great and I have plenty to choose from with the allergies in my family.Dietary restrictions: Chili's has a great allergy menu and is safe for my son with an egg allergy and for me with peanut, tree nut, and sesame allergies.
We were seated very quickly by a very nice waitress. I really wished she was our waitress. The one assigned to our table had 3 full tables and then ours (just my husband and I). We sat for 20 minutes and she never even came over to take our drink order. In that time I watched her refill 2 table's drinks, clear a table and talk with another waiter. When she came back to our section I went up to her and asked if she was our waitress. She said she was and that she was just about to come to our table. I told her we had been waiting quite awhile. She apologized then disappeared into the back for another 5 minutes. My husband was fed up so we got up to leave. As we were leaving, he went to the manager and told her what happened and at that time the waitress had come back out (empty handed, I was giving her the benefit of a doubt that she was getting someone's order) she saw my husband conversing with the manager and threw her hands up in the air as if asking why. I think we were more than patient just waiting the 20 minutes to see if she would take our drink order! Super unprofessional and I think maybe someone should give her a refresher course on how to wait tables and be polite.
