I met a friend here for coffee. It was easy to get to and seats were available. I got a jalapeño cheddar bagel with egg and it was chewy and crusty and tasty. I love the iced tea and iced coffee, and the donuts here are large, think and impressive. My friend got a blueberry muffin and more than half was the top (the best part). There is a public bathroom. The staff was fast and friendly. Easy to get to as it’s right on route 20.
Disappointing. Very disappointing. I looked up donut shops when Dippin Donuts showed up as a 4.6 star donut shop. Honestly people are way too nice. i wouldn’t come back here if they were giving out free food, and honestly it’s unfortunate i have to give this place a star. Save yourself and save your money. Donuts dry like a desert, workers clueless and a dirty shop. Go one store over to Dunkins for your own sake.

This place is the best in town. The donuts are THE BEST for taste and freshness. Everyone at counter and drive-thru are very pleasant and smiling. It's clean inside. Great sandwiches.
Parking: This place is very busy in the morning but they move customers quickly. Limited parking and the drive thru has 2 entry points. Well worth the trip, though.
Kid-friendliness: Yes but nothing special for kids. Workers are very nice to the kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes but small inside.

I am frustrated and hate to even write this review. I go here each morning and decided to switch it up for a breakfast sandwich, not the usual bagel I get. They gave me some random sandwich, nothing that I ordered, and the worst part is I don’t have a receipt so I can’t go back to exchange it. Complete waste of time, money and now no breakfast for me.

Best steak breakfast sandwich. My son has a tiramisu flavored coffee. Blew my mind. It has bits of tiramisu. Not just a spritz of flavor. My Vanilla Chai Latte was on point. This seems like a home grown mom and pop type shop. There is a Dunkin Donuts a block away. If all someone is looking for is mediocre coffee and standard chain food products then stick to Dunkin Donuts. But if you look a good coffee, support your local talent, a fantastic sandwich or donuts, this is the place. I swear the donuts were like 30% bigger than the other place.

True story: while eating a young employee showed up for work. She was all ready to go, had her brand Tshirt, name tag, hat, employee pins, lanyard. .. she went right into the back and was ready to work. The only thing was she was a Dunkin Donuts Employee and was at the wrong location. Absolutely made my day. Morning can be tough if you haven't had your coffee yet. Maybe she meant to fuel up before going to work at the other place.

Love dippin, and am very impressed with this location. My donuts were HUGE! They are the best donuts around IMO. They are reasonably priced, and the staff is always kind and on top of things.
