They don’t know how to make a medium Iced Macchiato. My wife gets annoyed if it’s not right. Had to go to a different Dunkin’s in North Oxford, vs this one in Auburn. If they make it right and fix the issue. What I think they did was just put Mike and coffee in it with no espresso shot. I posted a pic, the one on the left is from the bad Auburn Dunkin’s, the one on the right is from the North Oxford Dunkin’s.

The weekday morning crew is the best. They always have smiles and good small talk. I never have to worry about being late stopping at this dunks in the morning. Always in and out. Keep up the good work guys

Manage she is too young first off she has no idea also they cheat on the food temp log they don't take temperatures of the food . That being said they hire you tell you that you get full time then give you 3 hours. They hire mostly female staff so if your a guy they make u do heavy lift and freezer so don't apply if your a male it's not worth working 3 hour shift 12 hour weeks. What Dunkin closes at 6 pm ? Also this Dunkin has not been renovated for over 14 years. It's a failing dunkins. They need sell it to a new owner and call it a loss. That being said food sucks and the hours suck and no benefits or incentive to work here 15.00 hr

The gentlemen working the window during the weekly mornings couldn’t be more miserable. We come every morning. Order the same thing. Asked him ONCE to add more matcha in as it was looking quite pale. His reply was “I put 4 in”…”ok! It’s just looking a little pale. Can you please add more?” He goes huffing to the back. We hear him say “now that I have to make it AGAIN!” We received the drink with attitude and went about our day. The next morning; you’d think we stole his puppy. No good morning. No hello. Nothing. Just handed us our food and that’s it. With so many other options in the area; we won’t be coming back.

I ordered a donut and a soda in drive threw but I got my soda waited ten minutes maybe more for someone to come to the window after I knocked on it still waiting for my donut the girl apologized but it was not her fault the kids who took my order fault.

DIsgusting display of the workers. Got another customers order wrong, when asked to correct it they proceeded to make fun of her looks. What if she had a allergy. Totally uncalled for. Not professional in the least. Not the way to treat customers. I will never go here.

went here today and waited for a while there was 4 ppl working so idk what they were doing got so long people started to leave people r so lazy nowadays also cup was covered in caramel i can’t drive and drink this??
