The food was expensive for the mid quality it was. I was given a side portion when I had ordered the full meal and my server did not believe me. She had the manager come out who then took one look at my food and said that the kitchen did mess up the proportions. I'd go for ice cream again but probably not for a sit down meal.

We love Friendlys! Wish we had one closer than Auburn Mass to us. Southbridge Sturbridge and Webster Massachusetts restaurants were closed.Vegetarian options: I never eat French fries! Not good for losing weight. I'm able to exchange for broccoli which I love!!!! Thank you Friendly's!Parking: Plenty of free parking!Kid-friendliness: We are grandparents and there was mixed crowd today of families with four to six children and a seniors and adult couples and mixed crowd. wonderful food selection for children!Awesome accommodation for kids! Next time we will bring our children and grandchildren!!!
I have not been here in a few years and sadly won't be back. First, I stopped for IC to surprise my kids. Walked up to see a hand written note on the IC window to go in side. I walk in. There was trash on the floor. The restaurant smelled sooooo bad!! The carpet was filthy, dust on everything. The ic counter had trash everywhere too. No smile no nothing. Just a what do you want. Any way she made the ic...I watched the manager just leaning against the wall...no smile no welcome not reacting to the filth. IT was very slow. So that was not the problem. Just a lazy staff which was following the example of the Manager. So, ya won't be back

My girlfriend and I came to Friendly's at 9pm to get ice cream. There were two parties (a group of two and a group of three) in front of us and three women working behind the counter. We left at 9:30 -- our order hadn't even been taken yet. Neither of the two parties in front of us had large orders (the duo just had two ice creams, the group of three had a $27 order -- three ice creams, I think). Not sure what the three people behind the counter were doing, but it wasn't making orders for people in line. Don't go here if you want ice cream. It'll be faster for you to go down the street to price chopper, then go home and make it yourself. We won't be back

First time at this Friendly's snd first time in years. The food was good. I enjoyed my food. The mini mozzarella stick basket was great. My daughters meal was good. The free Sunday with her meal was super cute and she loved it. The service wasn't great. Waitress was overwhelmed it seemed. Kept forgetting requests, including eating utensils at our table. The woman picking up the dishes and clearing tables almost dropped a tray full of plates, cups and ice cream cups on me and my daughter because she was having trouble walking and carrying more than she should if she has trouble. But there were ppl waiting so she was trying to rush and it almost ended badly. It was louder in there than any place we have eaten before but I think that's because it was mainly families with young children who were excited and just being kids. All and all we would eat there again.Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu with free sundaes at the end. Cute straws for kids drinks. Almost seems more targeted towards children

came here 2x in 3 days and both times were amazing. The French fries are always so good and had the clam strip meal which was cooked perfect and so fresh and hot. Gina our waiter was amazing and was working by herself and wasn't busy but she had at least 6 tables she waited on and I watched her bounce around with such grace never leaving any table waiting and just stayed busy the entire time cleaning tables and waiting on them. I give her credit because I couldn't do her job without getting overwhelmed but she did it and was so sweet, attending, and appreciated. She made you feel so welcome and stayed on top of everything so fast. I split a meal with my s.o. and she was prepared bringing 2 plates and being so a quick and efficient. This girl needs a raise. I highly recommend and the prices are fair and for good food and ice cream you can't go wrong here. We will be back for sure!

I learned how to waitress in Friendly's. Nowadays nobody does it the way you're supposed to, but these guys here are career PROS. My dinner was in the middle of absolute chaos... Every table filled, people waiting...yet I was taken care of. Hot food, asked if I was all set at the right times... Felt great to have a NORMAL... Actually FABULOUS server experience thanks to Gino O in Auburn!
We ordered food and ice cream. They didn't give us my soup, my husband had to go back because they weren't answering their phones. He was told they were out of the broccoli cheddar soup, so apparently they gave us nothing? So he got chicken noodle instead. $6 for a tiny cup of the worst soup I've ever had. Later on, when I tried to eat my sundae, they did not make it with my requested ice cream and toppings. Instead they stuck with their generic selection, which I am allergic too. And again, several phone calls unanswered. So more food wasted. We'll never go back!
