Aways get order wrong or with missing items. Last time I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy. The gravy bowl was not even half full, just a tiny bit of gravy and with some random corn floating in it. Nastiest looking thing.

foods fine when they actually give you what you ordered, which isn't often. frequently forgets items. runs very late with scheduled orders and still forgets half of it.

Worst food ever ordered.I was there at 4:38pm ticket #1838.I spend $56.70 dollars.Everything in the bucket was burned to a crisp.There was absolutely no soft meat.The worst of all of this it was super Salty.How can you sell chicken that’s inedible.What a shame that KFC quality has gone so far down.Please do not order from here..

Absolutely one of the worst experiences for a restaurant I have had since the pandemic. Just awful service and the employees were rude and very unprofessional even for a fast food restaurant. Ya it was that bad. Missing items to our order and then when I pointed out their mistakes I was greeted with attitude and then when they places the missing items into my bag the young man purposely pushed his hand forcefully into the bag and squished some of my other items. If it was legal to slap the you know what out of someone that young man would of been a prime recipient of said slap. I will never be back as long as that crew is still employed there. Just horrible horrible horrible.

It's awful. Even worse, it's 10 pm and your on your way home so you pull into the drive thru, which says they're open til 1, and Boom! Closed. And they just stare at you. They say nothing...just stare...creepy.

Food was sub par the spicy wings were overcooked and dried out. I was already on the highway when I started eating them or I would've returned them. I didn't even want them to start with, but they were out of orginal. The soda was flat too.

Absolutely terrible experience!
I ordered from KFC Auburn, MA for the first time, and it will definitely be the last. The meal was supposed to have 8 pieces of chicken, including 2 breast pieces, and a side of fries.
Guess what? No breasts. No fries.
And the chicken? Undercooked, soggy, and disgusting.
I paid $17.30 for this mess. The service was slow and careless, like nobody gave a damn.
If this is how you treat your customers, you don’t deserve any.
I want a full refund. This was a complete waste of money and time.

I ordered online & got 2 3 piece tender meals.. I got 2 boxes with 1chicken breast in each cut into 3. They didn’t have half of the menu, didn’t even have the pastries. Wasn’t expecting a lot but when I asked for a refund all I got was it’s all on the app… which it’s not… they never have anything.

40 minutes late on an online food order, shorted an extra $4 large coleslaw. Got 4 LG sides, showed up to three. And ALL sides half full. LG orders, half filled or less. I get this place once a month for my 80 yr old grandfather. The food is incredibly expensive, service rivals most middle school cafeterias and it seems like a mission on the staff to serve half portions like they get commission on potatoes or coleslaw. Pathetic management. Wish I could post a picture of the sides. Just a joke
