I had asked what the allergen ingredients were, the girl said she didn’t know. I asked if she could look, she said it doesn’t tell her. Which I know she was full of crap, you need to have the information available. Please educate your employees on the importance of allergies!

Listen to the reviews!!!! This is the worst KFC I've ever had. Sandwich had flat and dry chicken. Thighs were small and not crispy, didn't seem fresh at all.

Ordered a 16 piece tender meal supposed to come with 4 sides the sides barely covered the bottom of the bowl presented gravy was not even half the containers, provided I paid 60 dollars for a family dinner got 10 of the 16 tenders I paid for and now the facility won’t answer the phone I’m beyond disappointed in this establishment of business go elsewhere, I’ll be calling corporate for a full refund of this dinner do better next time

Hey folks, if you're looking for a place to slip and fall, maybe get paid. This is the place. There's black ice all over the walkways and parking lot, the bathrooms are atrocious, and things are falling apart, making things a safety hazard.

Ordered a 8 piece bucket chicken only , and they gave me 4 drums and 4 thighs , that is their Tuesday special for $10, a regular 8 piece is supposed to be 2 drum 2 wing 2 thigh and 2 breasts , this is unexeptable .I got charged $27.27 with taxes or this bucket of dark meat only .

Very limited menu later into the night. Most places you go they normally have almost everything up until close. Not here. They barely had anything, no fries, barely any chicken, no frozen drinks. Now I have to go to

Just paid for 2. 3piece combo meals to go. Came to $24.00 and change. Got home.opened box and they gave us 2 2 piece meals. What a rip off. Won't be back until they first get someone on the register who can figure out how to put an order into the system and a person who assembles the orders who can actually count! Ridiculous!

Placed order online, then had to wait over an hour and a half for the food, and to top it all off, when we got home, we only got 10 pieces when we had ordered and paid for 16 pice family meal. Not cool. Would not recommend.

This place was never great but has gotten so bad. Service is horrible and the food is not consistent. Whenever we get hard shell tacos the shells always taste bad. Since they go through so many my guess is whatever they are storing them in never gets cleaned. I recently went to the drive thru and after waiting for a very long time I was told that the register had a problem and that I would HAVE to come inside. No apology no nothin. I left. Done with it forever. Your poor quality staff has killed your business.
