The food was fine but the service was extremely slow. The cashier told me they had only one person cooking at the moment and it was lunch rush. It took over 20 mins from the time I ordered until my to go order was ready.

Generally my experience here is subpar, but I keep giving them chances. Once, they gave me all my sodas without ice, straws, or lids. They didn't tell me they were out of these upon ordering at all.
Lately I'll get ice, but they constantly mess up my food order. My husband and I are vegetarians and Taco Bell is one of the ONLY fast food restaurants that has a great veggie-friendly menu. However, yesterday was the last straw. My husband and I were so excited to eat our Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito and Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme, only to fill our mouths with beef.
The staff seemed friendly and repeated our order to us to confirm we got these specific items which DON'T have meat... only to lull us into a false sense of security. I'm tired of spending money on food I literally cannot consume.
I used to work in food service, I understand the pain of being overwhelmed with orders and making a mistake. However, this restaurant was COMPLETELY empty and we were the ONLY people in the drive through. They had plenty of time to make our order correctly if they really cared.
Not sure who is running this place, but they obviously aren't careful about managing their employees.

They can’t comprehend edits for food requests, they completely do opposite of what you ask
Example : no sour cream puts sour cream, soft Taco puts hard shell.
Management really needs to retrain, Only person in restaurant took 15min for my order

Food was good, service was bad. Employees gave us attitude and didn’t give us our full order. Tried to get it fixed and they gave more attitude.
Place is falling apart. All the doors have been broken for as long as I can remember; they either get stuck open, or slam shut which is a huge safety issue for children.
As far as food goes, they always forget at least one item, and you have to go back and get it.
It's an all around bad location.

order my food then they asked me to pull around to the front and sat there for 15 and they came out and said they lost my order then wait another 15 after telling them my order again. then i check to see if i had everything and was missing tacos then waiting other 10 minutes for them to give me my tacos

worst taco bell in the usa the manager nees to be fired. waited 45 mins and still didnt get food. also everyone who is giving this place a good review is a fake account do not believe them. the owners are aware of the situation they simply just dont care and are trying to cover up the NEGITIVE REMARKS by making fake accounts to help boost the ratings. DO NOT SPEND YOU MONEY HERE!
