Did NOT get our order right at all. Left out almost everything my family ordered and paid for, got the drink size wrong (just 1 drink) and the food was so dry and half cold.

The food was fine but the service was extremely slow. The cashier told me they had only one person cooking at the moment and it was lunch rush. It took over 20 mins from the time I ordered until my to go order was ready.

Generally my experience here is subpar, but I keep giving them chances. Once, they gave me all my sodas without ice, straws, or lids. They didn't tell me they were out of these upon ordering at all.

Lately I'll get ice, but they constantly mess up my food order. My husband and I are vegetarians and Taco Bell is one of the ONLY fast food restaurants that has a great veggie-friendly menu. However, yesterday was the last straw. My husband and I were so excited to eat our Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito and Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme, only to fill our mouths with beef.

The staff seemed friendly and repeated our order to us to confirm we got these specific items which DON'T have meat... only to lull us into a false sense of security. I'm tired of spending money on food I literally cannot consume.

I used to work in food service, I understand the pain of being overwhelmed with orders and making a mistake. However, this restaurant was COMPLETELY empty and we were the ONLY people in the drive through. They had plenty of time to make our order correctly if they really cared.

Not sure who is running this place, but they obviously aren't careful about managing their employees.

They can’t comprehend edits for food requests, they completely do opposite of what you ask

Example : no sour cream puts sour cream, soft Taco puts hard shell.

Management really needs to retrain, Only person in restaurant took 15min for my order

Don’t waste time coming to this location. Wait times are long here, even for simple orders. Take out or drive thru doesn’t matter. Poorly managed.

Place is falling apart. All the doors have been broken for as long as I can remember; they either get stuck open, or slam shut which is a huge safety issue for children.

As far as food goes, they always forget at least one item, and you have to go back and get it.

It's an all around bad location.
