I ordered through the drive through, then was instructed to wait out front for my order. It took over 10 minutes, so I went inside to inquire. Not one person spoke to me. Several other customers came in, waited, and then left for the same reason. I had ordered 12 tacos, and after waiting inside for 15 minutes (still unspoken to) they brought me my order, only it was wrong. I was missing 1 taco. I continued to stand there trying to get someone’s attention to let them know. Finally a girl walked by to bring a waiting car outside, their order. When she came back in, I told her. She was extremely rude, and said she would have someone make it. 10 more minutes of waiting, I asked what the progress was, she stated “We are making a lot of orders and I’d have to wait”. 5 minutes later, a young man asked what I was waiting for, I told him, then heard her say “I already told her we would make it”. After another 10 minutes, they finally brought my final taco out. I was standing waiting for a total of 40 minutes. This is terrible! Had I not already paid, I would have left, like so many others did, while I was waiting. The dining room was empty, the drive through was busy, but not busy enough to warrant this extreme wait. They sent every car to wait out front, no orders were fulfilled at the window. I don’t know if this was a staff shortage or poor training. Either way, I absolutely do NOT recommend this location. Definitely check your order before leaving!

I just came through the drive-thru for 1 chalupa and got served an enormous mess. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but come on. Nearly $8 for a cold chalupa, COVERED in sour cream on the outside of the shell and the wrapper too? I know the bar is low for fast food but this is just shameful.

Twice now I have ordered and paid for a supreme taco but got a regular one (no tomatoes or sour cream). If you are out of these things, fine, but tell the customer and don’t charge them for something they didn’t get. If they weren’t out of the things, then someone needs to actually pay attention to the orders. It is also extremely suspicious that their latest health score is “available on request.” No one hides a good score.
