It's always really slow, because they are SO BUSY. The parking lot is a mess in the mornings with people running in and out. Regularly takes 10-15 mins for a coffee to be ready, but the staff are friendly and always working super hard to fulfill the orders.

Came in Sunday ; Male barista was extremely rude. The service was slow for a Matcha latte. The barista intentionally delayed my drink and did not pay any attention to my order for non dairy drink. My drink just sat there and no one attended to it until I ask about the delay after 15 min waiting. Just super unprofessional. After 25 minutes another barista assured to complete my drink. Do not waste your time. Go anywhere else but this location.

The people who are Manning the counter were just absolute gems. They were polite, they asked several follow-up questions, and they just had the most gentle voice while speaking to any of the customers. Just on the service alone, the Starbucks is heads and heels above the others.
I went and had my order made wrong two times in a row and one of the girls went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The store itself, could use hourly table wipes…. It was kind of grody… not what you expect from a Starbucks, it was giving… less than Dunkin… but 5 stars anyway because of the one girl who displayed exceptional customer service.
