The name says it all. Wally's Wicked Good Ice Cream. That's all you need to know. Growing up in Newton, I always heard of Wally's. It was a gem in the Auburndale neighborhood and I only ever heard good things. I just went here for the first time and I loved it! No surprise here. Wally's is the BEST around- it is such delicious ice cream, and they have so many flavors. They also have waffle cones and chocolate dipped waffle cones. The pricing is not bad compared to other local stores- we got 2 mediums and 2 waffle cones and it was about $14. The store is decorated in such a fun and cute way, and the staff is super kind and appreciative. They were closing for season 11/26; so had to stop in for a graham central station cone. Excellent flavor . Ordered small cone and was a good size double scoop. Nice young personable girl serving and doing excellent job as line employee and consistent business flow of customers. Very reasonable price for ice cream compared to other ice cream spots I visit. Will be back in spring
