Always a 5 star bakery! I had a catering order that arrived on time and driver even helped us bring it in! Definitely will be using this location again for our next event!!
Deb the manager is awesome, she knows how to make sure that you get your order right, I’ve been going here for several years, and everyone here are amazing, clean , the restaurant is updated, they keep tight, very good bagels…. Thank you for your service.

5 Star bagel shop all the way! I live closer to the Belmont store, but travel further for the service I receive in Newton. Everyone is super friendly, the store manager is welcoming and entertaining, and the bagels are always made exactly per my request. They don't just say 'hello, how are you' and 'good-bye - have a nice day', they have true conversations, getting to know each individual customer.
