I came to this Dunks for the first time today…I normally go to the West Newton Spot…no hate to any situation that is short staffed, been there 1000% and it sucks. But I didn’t have to take a gamble on waiting 30 min if the efficient/solid people aren’t there.This dunks had 3 people on for a weekday morning and a sense of urgency, and their staff was very pleasant. Always glad to hit a spot you know what to expect. I stayed at a hotel not too far and I just wanted a coffee and bagel without the huge markup. The store was small with just a few tables but all I wanted was a hot coffee and toasted bagel on the run. The staff was quick to take care of me and just as quickly I was on my way back to the room.

Holy smokes, ain't no jokes. This may have been the best Dunkin experience I've ever had; I'm talking top tier service, fantastic breakfast sandwiches, and good ol' fashioned freshly brewed coffee. Props to the friendly staff for such an enjoyable experience!!
