The people who are Manning the counter were just absolute gems. They were polite, they asked several follow-up questions, and they just had the most gentle voice while speaking to any of the customers. Just on the service alone, the Starbucks is heads and heels above the others.
I went and had my order made wrong two times in a row and one of the girls went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The store itself, could use hourly table wipes…. It was kind of grody… not what you expect from a Starbucks, it was giving… less than Dunkin… but 5 stars anyway because of the one girl who displayed exceptional customer service.
Went to this store super early on a Saturday morning and Zoe had the most positive attitude. She helped recommend a drink based on what I would like and really took the time to customize my order. Made my whole day! Thank you Zoe, you’re an angel!
