This place is a total flop in the drive thru they always make u "pull to the side" because they just can't move the products fast enough ...literally putting donuts in a bag is complicated my bad ill simply not waste my time here . A quick cup of coffee turns into a 15 minute shoulda went to the other dunks

This was once one of the best Dunkin locations in the area. The previous staff was friendly and efficient. The new staff that is there now is rude and disrespectful. Order on the app. Arrived at the drive through and was greeted with “I aint taken no orders, ours system is down”. I explained I had a mobile order and was told “thens drive up”. I drove up and waited for my coffee while the girl was too busy dancing and swearing with someone at the counter. This location is going to loose some good customers.

My wife and I had a terrible experience here. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 large iced coffees in the drive thru. After we ordered she yelled PULL UP. At the window they tell us they have one egg left so I tell em that's fine even though my card was already charged. They had us pull up and wait as the next 3 cars were taken care of. She gives us the order after 10 min and my wife's sandwich looked like it was thrown on the floor. I went back in and they treated me like I'm crazy. Refund was to hard for them so I just asked for a non toasted plain bagel with cream cheese. I'm always kind and courteous to dunks staff, I used to do it back in the day but I'm never returning to this establishment

Every time I go and ask for a Hot Latte I get it in a hot cup but cold. Also horrible employees so young and careless no effort to say thank you. Today the two employees that were there looked high on weed and gave me horrible service.

Great place to park your car in the unresponsive drive-thru. Probably due to poor management and not the hourly employees fault but it feels like nobody cares or pays attention at this location. Yea it’s Dunkin… big news but I practically live next to this location and would rather drive several minutes to a different location.

Simple black coffee with sugar can’t be made correctly .
Eewwww. I'm glad I went inside instead of going inside. There were fruit flies all over the doughnuts. They can spread salmonella, E. coli, and listeria which causes food poisoning. Eat at your own
