It was a rather large order but they completely botched it we had items we didn't order and were missing items we did order. It was around a busy time but that's not an excuse. They tried to make things right but kept having to leave and come back (I went to the drive thru) eventually I accept what I had and left. What we did get was well cooked and delicious. Most DD screw up orders the staff was friendly and prompt. I'd go back again.

Ask the communityGreat Customer service, was helped by a woman named chy, she was so friendly and courteous, even with multiple customers, some not so nice she stayed professional, one of the best dunkins around for sure!
