First off, the “new” chipotle sauce they had the day before is all of a sudden gone. Then I order an iced vanilla latte, basic drink. TERRIBLE. no flavor at all and no sugar. I also got the loaded hashbrowns and they are COLD. Terrible location honestly.

Get rid of Jada. She’s always messing up my orders and doesn’t care at all to fix it. Nicole’s the best she will fix it up quickly but she shouldn’t have to do this. A lot of people come to this location literally had 7 cars behind me because Jada/Jaida didn’t know how to prepare a Sabrina’s.

This Dunkin is just a joke. There was only one guy (I think Charlie is his name) working on Aug 31st and was smoking out while customer was waiting. I had a mobile order and he said he had no order even though I showed him my receipt. Refused to make order or refund and telling me that he was just getting minimum pay here so he’s not going to provide a solution. If you’re getting paid, you should do your job. The next costumer was not getting order either. Unreal. Plus he’s hands were everywhere and he didn’t not wash after smoking and he’s hands were everywhere. I don’t trust this store sanitary conditions.

On August 6 around 8:30am I was placing somewhat a large order for my companies staff meeting. The customer service was extremely poor. I notified the cashier that I would be placing a large order and she didn’t say anything about whether they would have enough of anything. She proceeded with my order and had an attitude after every request I made. I asked for 10 donuts and muffins and 2 Joe boxes and she made it seemed like I was asking for everything off the shelf. She yelled across the store telling her manager that they had a “big” order and the manager was just as bad and said a side comment that I should have called before I came in. I had to cancel the order because I was not happy with the customer service and how rude and disrespectful they were. The manager with a better attitude could have told me moving forward that it’s best to order ahead to avoid if anything set backs the store would have possibly had and I would have understood. I had to drive to the next location to order exactly what I wanted and they were excellent in the customer service with no attitude, when the cashier wasn’t sure if they had something I requested she went and double checked to see if they had enough instead of rolling her eyes. I was satisfied with the Dunkin donutsI in Randolph with there great customer service

I came in to get food and I noticed the guy making my food. He was all over the place. His hands were everywhere when he’s working with food. He should be focused on that and only that. And he was wiping his hands with the gloves that he was making the food on his pants.
This Dunkin’ Donuts for me is one of the best if not the best one I have ever been too. They are quick and efficient and I love it!

I LOVE THIS DUNKINS ! Coffee is ALWAYS on point, donuts are ALWAYS FRESH and the customer service from them is TOP TIER! They’re always moving fast and efficient. I would highly recommend stopping by if you’re ever passing through.

The service is horrible, the morning coffee from here will ruin the rest of your day, the donuts are leftovers and stale. I pace myself every morning, take a deep breath before I come here for my coffee, it’s the only coffee place close to my job. Even though there are construction sites in the area , the trucks are not in the way at all, the workers come and go swiftly, no issue. Dunkin workers are always nagging at each other, the coffee is terrible. My investigation noted that the coffee and donuts are leftovers from the day before. I recommend the Dunkin on Mazzeo drives, it’s as small as a shoe closet with maybe 1-2 staffs, but the service is always on point.
