It’s 6:24 and this Dunkin closes at 7 and The young man that works there is rude. He automatically said “we’re closed!” While walking towards the register and I replied “I thought you closed at 7” he then said “we closed early” he noticed I was holding my phone and he grabbed a long cleaning brush pointing to me saying “do you have a mobile order?” I replied “no” that’s when he said “oh sorry we can’t do that” as if it made a difference. I had a couple of weird encounters with him. He’s condescending and has a bad attitude. He’s not very welcoming.
Stopped for coffee. The store wasn't clean. Both bathrooms were dirty.

Absolutely Love it a employee was extremely nice they were closing up while I was about to order but they let me order before closing but there's this one dude at the Dunkin register I don't know his name but he has curly hair and he looks sort of Hispanic or at least I remember but that guy Is the nicest dude you will ever meet if he ever has a chance to see this I appreciate you bro!

This is one of the few DD's that gets my crossiant sandwich prepared the way I like it. I wish the hash browns were a little better. They always seem to smell like the oven. There is sometimes a long line for the drive thru, but well worth the wait.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is street level, but there are two doors to enter that do not have automatic doors.

Monday 2/12 @ 11:20 am - This Dunkin Donuts does not believe that it’s important to put soap in the bathroom. Once I noticed that there wasn’t soap, I let a woman know that worked. there. She was dismissive and mentioned that she will do it later implying that it would be a lot later. I told her that I had to go now (#2). They are obviously dirty as well. I asked nicely and that’s what I got for a response. I left 20 minutes ago. I bet there is still no soap in the bathroom. I just went through this Sunday morning and utilized tgerr sanitizers on the way out as I only had to do #1. You have to use soap These Karens don’t give a what. There is no excuse for that nasty gross choice.

My green tea was made incorrectly (black tea instead of green). The employee remade it but used the same cup and ice. It even looked too dark. I tried it at the window, tasted like black tea. I asked them to please remake it and was treated to an arguement! A Second Lady came over to argue also. The customer service here is unbelievably bad! We will not be returning.Two stars for service because they gave me my $ back.
