Cards and gifts accidentally left behind overnight hidden under table. Next afternoon went to retrieve and they were gone was told by venue the cleaners must have come in and taken them. You hire cleaners that steal? Good to know. No one was held accountable and we just took a loss

My Gratitude/Birthday party was spectacular! The hall was absolutely lovely and the staff was friendly and exceptional to say the least! Most importantly the event coordinator Robyn is without a doubt the GOAT of event coordinators! I happen to be a bit rusty since I haven’t planned an event of this magnitude since I gave my parents a retirement party in the 90’s. So I desperately needed her advice and suggestions. She did not disappoint! She was totally efficient and professional but also extremely warm and beyond helpful!As I reviewed the pictures and various videos, I realized that I would not change a thing since everything was absolutely perfect! Thank you Robyn for being you! And a major shout out to my decorator Mynyon, Peter and team! Kudos to all!

This venue surpasses all expectations! With three distinct rooms available, it caters perfectly to any occasion. Each room boasts a fireplace, adding a touch of warmth and sophistication. The staff is incredibly welcoming and ensures an unforgettable experience. And let's not forget the mouthwatering food!

As for a beautiful place to have a wedding this hall is very elegant. You have the beautiful waterfall outdoor to take nice pictures. Although we definitely forgot about that whole scenery. I think that’s what makes this venue so favorable. However, I’ve been meaning to write this review because I was highly disappointed after using this venue as our reception after our wedding. When we came for the taste testing the food was good. We were very clear about what we wanted. The day of the wedding reception the food was terrible. The chicken was overcooked. We definitely did not ask for it to be that way. Everything else tasted bland. We were so disappointed. It’s hard to recommend this place when they don’t reciprocate.Also would like to add the fact that we paid the bartender money so people could get drinks, and people were still paying for drinks and kind of feel like we got ripped off in that aspect.
