Best customer service anybody could ask for, been going here for awhile now and I accidentally forgot to dress nice and they didn’t care and still served us. Thank you again for your 5 star customer service this should be a 5 star restaurant not a 4.5
I was impressed with how attentive and professional the servers were and the food was great
Our table of four enjoyed a relaxed Saturday night. Cocktails were well made and served quickly. Caesar salads to start and everyone enjoyed their entrees. Cheesecake shared for dessert. An enjoyable cape cod winter night
Very busy; lights went out a few times in our dining room, which was not appreciated (not a power issue--someone was using the switch). Service very very very slow. Food was just okay. I don't think I will re-visit this restaurant.
We generally always have a delicious meal, but the Mussels we ordered were sandy. So we sent them back.

It's a beautiful restaurant with excellent service with a wonderful wine inventory at reasonable prices. We had a wonderful, tentative professional, friendly and experience waiter.. We ordered the standard Italian food that very bland and not quite up to par with what we expected.. we did have a wonderful appetizer, muscles and mustard sauce, which was extremely delicious, but the entrées were only fair.....very disappointing. I would go back for a glass of wine and those muscles again but not have entrées.. the waiter did comp us for an espresso and cookie which was very thoughtful...
Went here to celebrate my birthday with my family as we wanted to try a restaurant we’ve never been to and wanted Italian food. There was a distinct sense of us not really being welcomed there which I personally tend to not care about but was very much felt by members of my family, the waiter seeming like he did not want to be there contributed to that fact. The restaurant itself is very nice and fancy, I will say that the bathrooms were very smelly and just nasty. The food was good but nothing revolutionary especially considering the price. I got Chicken Parmigiana and ended up taking some Tiramisu home. The Chicken Parmigiana was good but the Tiramisu was extremely disappointing. The lady fingers were dry and had no coffee flavor. I expected it to be well made considering this is an Italian restaurant but genuinely if you want a good tiramisu just go to the Brazilian Grill nearby, they may use a lot cream but the flavor is delicious and moist. Overall, wouldn’t recommend, your money is better spent at the other establishments around which is really a shame considering I’m a local and prefer not having to drive far for a good restaurant.

I love this restaurant the food is delicious, and the service is great. Every time we come to the Cape, we make sure to stop by.
My boyfriend and I have been going to Alberto’s for a while now and we always request Becky she is the best! She is so attentive and personable and she makes us laugh always! Make sure you ask for Becky she will make your night! The veal picatta and chicken ala vodka is amazing and especially the espresso martini!

Alberto’s Ristorante is a gem in Hyannis! The food is consistently delicious, from their fresh seafood dishes to house-made pastas. The service is friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is warm and inviting — perfect for a date night or family dinner. The wine list and desserts are also fantastic. Definitely one of the best Italian restaurants on Cape Cod — I’ll be coming back!

I have done a number of restaurant reviews on here. Some very critical but always honest. I spent most of my adult life in restaurants. Alberto’s is a classic old time Italian ristorante. When we entered I told the manager how excited I was because they had Osso Bucco on the menu and it is so rare to see it offered. He walked us to our table and we talked for a few minutes. He told us about his first experience serving Osso Bucco and he brought a steak knife to the table. Uh oh. We had a good laugh. Very personable.
Our server was just finished training and this was her first night on her own. I am sorry for forgetting her name. But she was very professional. College student. I obviously knew what my entree was going to be and my friend ordered short rib. The manager had mentioned how good their meatballs are. I am very reluctant to order meatballs out because they tend to be dense. And I make killer balls. But we did decide to split the appetizer and also split the Caesar salad. The meatballs were out of this world. And the sauce was perfect. OMG The salad was in the top three of Caesar salads I have ever had. And I have had many.
The entree was served with risotto but I had mine with mashed potato. No steak knife was brought…or more emphatically needed. A fork did the job. Tender, minimal fat, with a wonderful Barbero wine sauce. It was exquisite. Fulfilled my every expectation. My friend’s short rib was equally tender and flavorful.
Now about the desert menu. They offer a sample plate of three deserts. Duh. That is what we had. You need to know that I am the cheesecake king of my area. Alberto’s makes most of their deserts in house, of course. When that is the situation and they offer cheesecake I order it. So we had cheesecake with white chocolate chunks, bittersweet chocolate topping, Oreo crust, and raspberry sauce…delicious layer of chocolate cake topped with a very thick layer of chocolate mousse…and tiramisu. I don’t like the flavor of coffee so I didn’t try the tiramisu but my companion said it was the best he ever had. I will finish with the advice that you should not deny yourself the experience of Alberto’s. You will not be sorry. (My apologies for the lack of photos. I was so excited I forgot until I was half done.)

On a cold Tuesday night, I sat down to enjoy a fine meal. When I meandered into the structure that is named Alberto’s ristorante, the smell of toilet wafted into my nostrils. This foul odor loitered in my nose for the remainder of my supper. I ordered the chicken piccata. When the presence of the piccata neared mine, I was immediately in awe of the remarkable lack of spaghetti on my plate. For a purchase of 28 dollars I expect a larger quantity of pasta on my plate. Furthermore, the waiter asked if I was in a desire of cheese grated on my plate. I said yes. He began to shred, and never instructed me to say when when I have had enough of the presence of cheese on my meal. He decided to stop, when I was no where near close to being satisfied to the quantity of cheese on my plate. Then I sampled my meal. The pasta didn’t have much taste, but the chicken had a quantity of lemon that was appreciated . Could use more garlic. Broccoli should be baked and not served crunchy. I had to give myself cardiovascular health issues just to enjoy my meal. I did not enjoy spending 28 dollars on this meal, especially with tip making it 35 dollars. A 7 dollar tip should be reserved for individuals who put a large amount of cheese on my plate, but I’m a nice guy. TLDR; place smelled like toilet, food not much better.
