“My wife recently threw me a surprise birthday party here. From my end, it was amazing! The venue had enough room for about 60 guests and a 6 piece band. Funktapuss. Everything went so smooth from the initial surprise reveal to the food and bar service. The kitchen did an amazing job serving everyone with hot food and everyone I spoke with said their meal was delicious. I had the flat iron steak. It was cooked perfectly and was delicious! The bartender did a great job of keeping everyone happy. I have attached a couple photos. I would highly recommend The West End for a special occasion. My wife told me everyone was very helpful, especially Carolyn.”

“The food is always great! Highly recommend. Its my favorite place to eat in Hyannis. My teeny tiny issue is the schedule is not consistent. Ive gone 3 times when it was supposed to be open to find it closed. One time I waited until 11:30am on a Friday. The sign on windows said 11am. Either way, I'll be back 😊”

“Cafe Au Lait was delicious as was the breakfast sandwich with egg, arugula, goat cheese and fig jam but what REALLY was the best surprise was the amazing caramel apple cookie, and (per husband)gluten free snickerdoodle cookie and gluten free pumpkin muffin which I had to enjoy half of each also. What a great gem I haven’t eaten baked goods this terrific in a long time. Friendly staff and a nice relaxing atmosphere!”

“Went to the Dolphin Restaurant on 02/12/22. Had 6:30 reservations and was told they still haven't seated all of the 6:00 reservetions yet. The place was packed, you could hardly move. The wait staff that wasn't wearing masks,were having a hard time getting to the tables to serve. Good thing the fire dept. didn't come in, as I am sure they were way over capacity. So we waited close to an hour and were asked if we would consider sitting at a high top, we agreed. So after waiting another 15 -20 minutes for the bartender to take our order. He brought our drinks, I said "we are ready to order" The bartender said I'll be right back. He proceeded to go help bring in the equipment for the band who were setting up 8 - 10 feet accross from our table. At this point I flaged him down asked him how much for the drinks and left. I have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, Valentines Day at the Dolphin for years. I will never return! They pissed a lot of people off for their way over booking. We just weren't smart enough to leave at the begining like a lot of people did. I have never seen a business with so little reguard for their customers.”

“Katie's Ice Cream on Main Street in Hyannis is easily the best ice cream spot on the Cape! We tried the limited menu window, located to the left of the main entrance—often missed by those heading directly inside. The Cookies and Cream and Death by Chocolate we had were exceptional. Alexis was friendly and knowledgeable, recommending flavors that perfectly suited our tastes. Amazing service and a fantastic local business you shouldn't miss!"”

“Had lunch today at Terra Nossa Brazilian Grill at the Cape Cod Mall. I had the Terra Nossa classic burger and it was phenomenal. The sausage was a perfect flavor combo with the burger, and both patties were tender enough that you didn’t get anything pulling out of the burger when you bit into it. Caramelized onions and the crunchy potato sticks complimented the burger sauce and added a nice crunch to the burger.

Then there’s the cheese. Melty gooey awesomeness right in the middle of everything. This is an absolute must get at the food court and I am so glad I saw this picture from across the room.”

Easy to order by phone; despite showing up early, food was ready when we arrived.
Upon returning to our rental, we found that the expediter missed two orders of cole slaw. On phone, manager promised to take care of it. I was expecting a small credit; it appears he credited one of our three meals, much more than the value of the two sides of cole slaw.”

“I know some people have not given this place very good reviews but we have only had good experiences here. We have only been twice, both times we were at the Cape. Visits were 3 years apart. But both times we were served a great pizza, cold beer, and the staff was friendly and efficient. We even talked with the owner ( both times) and he was so kind and appreciative for us coming in.
There is nothing that really stands out as far as atmosphere, but it was comfortable, and you do order and pick up your food at that counter.
We will always go back here whenever we are in town!!”

“Judith and Miss Duarte were absolutely lovely - this is our second Chick Fil A in the USA and we can’t believe how hospitable the workers are here - and how DELICIOUS the chicken is. Miss Duarte was exceptionally kind behind the counter and always smiling - which was dramatically different to what we have experienced elsewhere. Great food, portions and workers. Highly recommend this fast food!”
