If you are looking for an authentic night out in Hyannis, try the Duck Inn Pub on a weeknight. Sit a the bar or outside. I thought the Weds. night karaoke was a pretty good trip down memory lane.
This is what constitutes a “dive bar” on Cape Cod. It holds up and the decorations are interesting, especially the decoupaged vintage photos. Definitely not the quintessential dive bar one would look for, but this place holds their own in a tourist area where nothing is really impressive. Although I'm from the Cape and now live in Florida, I've never been to this sweet little local dive bar. We were there for the Super Bowl, so we brought our food in, but the bartenders were awesome, and we had a lot of fun!
