“We like to visit the Black Cat.We opened the season with an early lunch. Fabulous fresh food and wonderful bar serviceIn the summer they have a lively outdoor scene. On a stormy night in the winter the inside bar is our refuge of choice. The food is very well prepared. We had some excellent Barnstable oysters today. The lobster bisque is divine. The seafood is very fresh.Stopped by for a late season early dinner and martini. Friendly crowd . Great service.“

“I love tho place. And there pizza takes me back to my childhood. I would recommend going here to anyone. Last time I was there it was the beginning of a snowstorm, and I sat at the bar and listened to a few people talking and this one lively man singing along to the radio and making all of us laugh“
“This is what constitutes a “dive bar” on Cape Cod. It holds up and the decorations are interesting, especially the decoupaged vintage photos. Definitely not the quintessential dive bar one would look for, but this place holds their own in a tourist area where nothing is really impressive. It’s obviously a hangout for locals and open late with karaoke that attracts a young annoying crowd. As overpriced as all of Cape Cod and comfortable enough, but for sure catering to a young crowd“
“Cozy little brewery. Had a lot of options for games and all of the beer we had was solid. Although I’d certainly recommend the bartender’s suggestion to turn their hard lemonade seltzer in to a shandy by adding a lighter beer to it. It was very tart.“
