“The Portside Tavern restaurant has excellent service and food quality. The app (Charcuterie Board) and both entrees (Braised Short Rib and Cod) were over the top quality and cooked to perfection. What was nice is each entry offered a wine pairing suggestion which made the wine decision easy! The charcuterie board was fresh and had such a nice variety of meats, cheeses, olives, fig, dill pickles, apple, crackers, nuts and dried mango. We will definitely return again.“

“My wife recently threw me a surprise birthday party here. From my end, it was amazing! The venue had enough room for about 60 guests and a 6 piece band. Funktapuss. Everything went so smooth from the initial surprise reveal to the food and bar service. The kitchen did an amazing job serving everyone with hot food and everyone I spoke with said their meal was delicious. I had the flat iron steak. It was cooked perfectly and was delicious! The bartender did a great job of keeping everyone happy. I have attached a couple photos. I would highly recommend The West End for a special occasion. My wife told me everyone was very helpful, especially Carolyn.“

“Just left Scargo We’ve been patrons of your restaurant for many years, often at the bar. Food is always consistent and delicious. Tonight was good news and bad news. On the bad news, Debbie at bar was abrupt, not friendly and a disappointment from what we are use to. On the very good news, CJ was fantastic. Personable, quick, friendly and knows how to interact with customers. We hope it’s all good news next time.“

“We went on a date night here last night and it was so good we took our family and mother in law back here tonight. Food was SO good and service was great- both our waitresses were super sweet. “Absolutely LOVE this place. I first went out to dinner at this restaurant with my younger brother and my mother last year. I got a chicken/veal parmesan the first time and it rocked. The second time I went (September 3rd), I got spaghetti and meatballs, and it was the bomb 😋😋😋“

“Excellent golf course layout with a fun but challenging course which is in excellent condition.Bunkers are strategically placed making the approach to greens also challenging.You will not be disappointed.After golf you can go restaurant on property for a beer or meal.I played many rounds and keep coming back.“

“We were pleasantly surprised to find Helen's Diner open during our last visit. We've always enjoyed the great food & service in a fun 1950's decor setting. Clean and friendly place for breakfast though we were sad to learn this will be their last season since planned renovations to the Tidewater Inn include changing the diner into a restaurant with a bar.“

“We dined here last night and had a fantastic experience- our server, Princess, was one in a million. Professional, friendly and just a kind human. Most servers are less than thrilled when we ask about dairy being in certain items- but not Princess. She went above and beyond and completely made our night. “This is my kind of place. Usually I stay on the southern side of Cape Cod, but business brought me this way and now I have a new favorite spot for breakfast. I got the hearty breakfast, 3 eggs, bacon, sausage link, home fries. All at a more than reasonable price. I also got 1 pancake to try them out and it was good. The food was great, the service was excellent, I never wanted for anything, the atmosphere was of a local place where everyone goes. I left there very happy, not grumpy at all.“

“We were at The Auld Triangle this past Saturday. The food, drink and atmosphere were fantastic. The wait staff was amazing. The music was unbelievable. Keohane and Kenneally played great Irish tunes and music from the 70s, 80s, etc. If you have not seen them play, make it a point to The Auld to hear them play. You need try The Auld Triangle. You will not be disappointed, and will become a regular, which I am going to become.“

“We stayed at the cove at yarmouth and my girl friend wanted a turkey club. The lunch restaurant was closed soni walked out to the street and ta daaa....there was this quint little breakfast place. Jack's is tucked cozily back from the road, you may miss it if you are not careful. Yet, where else are you going to get beautiful surroundings, a lovely pet to greet you, the best breakfast or lunch and waitresses that are so accommodating that you feel welcome as if they were waiting for your arrival. We have enjoyed their company and eats for years: the restaurant is spotless, the meals are excellently prepared and the company is lovely. The owner has adapted to the COVID 19 restrictions far and above what was required. And as the restrictions set in, she became more inventive. Her goal, how to make the journey a pleasant one, though we were all very frightened, I am sure she was to, but she did all she could to protect us and give us a breather if just for a few minutes.
