Sam, our server, was very accommodating of our grandkids, despite having a very busy section, and the food was delicious. Cape Cod fare. Chowda was rich and delicious ❤“

“Just don’t get take out! So we really like the Nun, but the last few take out orders have gone so south. A few months ago a when I arrived to P/u our order I was told a Door Dash guy grabbed/was given our food. He brought it back, but not before a couple items were turned upside down in the bag and definitely colder than when they left the restaurant. The manager was supposed to take care of us a few days later when he was as in but we got crickets instead. We decided to give it another try for take out tonight. (When we go in the much is more often then other places, it’s great.) My daughter’s well done burger was medium at best (1st pic), my wife’s MW was MR and my boys MR (2nd pic)were not cooked. These issues only arise when we take out. When we go in, things are great. I guess it’s insanity because we keep returning and expecting different results. No more take out for us… and hopefully for you. However, we will continue going in.“

The food was amazing across the board... the service was charming (thank you, Duet!) and the desserts were awesome too. (Try the Sandbar - a concoction of Graham cracker, chocolate, Reese's and vanilla ice cream that is just out of this world. Two giant thumbs-up - we'll definitely be back!“

“This restaurant is SPOTLESS. The server was extremely pleasant, made sure coffee cup was full. My eggs, bacon Homefries and Rye toast were delicious. My guy had a cornbeef omelet with cheese. The owner is lovely, she cooks and manages a friendly staff. Highly recommend and we will be back. Food is reasonably priced.“

“Just left Scargo We’ve been patrons of your restaurant for many years, often at the bar. Food is always consistent and delicious. Tonight was good news and bad news. On the bad news, Debbie at bar was abrupt, not friendly and a disappointment from what we are use to. On the very good news, CJ was fantastic. Personable, quick, friendly and knows how to interact with customers. We hope it’s all good news next time.“

We always enjoy dinners at Spinnaker. The food is artfully prepared and very flavorful. Tonight I had a delicious striped bass. The kitchen was kind enough to substitute roast potato’s for the listed mashed and they, too, were delicious. In addition to the potatoes, the fish was served with garlic green beans, tomato confit, and an asparagus puree that elevated the bass. Service was friendly and timely. We had a lovely evening.“

“Very good diner food. Ate there with my family and we all enjoyed our meals. The grilled muffins were solid but they did give us the wrong muffin (we didn’t get to try pistachio got chocolate chip instead).

Sandwiches were good. Breakfast quesadilla was very good but very big.

French toast was a crowd pleaser.

Coffee was ok but filled often so that was very nice.“

“Very nice place with excellent food and service. No res, party of 7. They accommodated us, at our request for tables of 3+4. After cocktails they were even able to move us together. Waitstaff Kali checked on us, made recommendations and was so pleasant.

I'm not a local but when we come to the area, we'll definitely return.

Clean and friendly place for breakfast though we were sad to learn this will be their last season since planned renovations to the Tidewater Inn include changing the diner into a restaurant with a bar.“

I'm guessing it's a good atmosphere for a warm summer day but for us cold, not helped by a table of heavily drinking golfers who were loud, and super crude. The hard surfaces amplified their noise. “We had dinner at The Pheasant, the service was warm and professional, the surroundings were intriguing and welcoming and the food….. the food was thoughtful, creative, and downright delicious. It’s the kind of meal where you talk about the taste, keep sharing bites and keep eating long past when you are satiated because it just tastes and feels so good. So many places fall down on the wine list and pairing knowledge, this is not the case at The Pheasant. Texture, taste, ingredients, presentation, wine pairings, all were spot on! “We are looking to buy a home in the Dennis- Yarmouth area. We will be back for lunch around 2 tomorrow 3-2-2024. We found your restaurant last month while shopping at Marshall's. Everything was excellent, food, drinks , waitress I have to say thou how impressed we were with your host. What a nice young man, very polite and well mannered. Kudos to his parents. “They have Vegan ice-cream i had a chocolate brownie kind made with coconut milk. A regular for with a waffle cone for less than 10 bucks and it was Phenomenal. Our son had hot fudge Sunday,and my wife had a coffee oreo in a cup small sizes. Needless to say my wife and I should have got Kidde sizes our son finished ours !!! Lol.“
