“My husband and I had a vacay date night here and it did not disappoint! The drinks were amazing (the Bloody Mary with shrimp 10/10!), staff was exceptional and the food… SO GOOD! The seafood primavera will change your life. Making this a must do on future vacations!“
“i am a native Cape Codder and live 45 minutes from Brothers Pizza. I was in the DennisPort area and stopped in to try out their food. The owner had mention that he made all his crusts and sauce from scratch. I love meaty pizzas so I ordered Brothers Meat Lovers pizza. We ate inside the dining area and it was very comfortable. The pizza was delivered hot to our table In a timely manner. The crust was, in fact , very good and the toppings were certainly generous . This pizza was delicious! I know everyone has their own taste for a great pizza , so I say give Brothers Pizza a second look and try one of their very delicious pizzas next time your in DennisPort.“
“This place is a gem. The food was phenomenal, ambience, gorgeous. The staff is on par with most establishments, the only complaint I might have is that it was a little slow to seat for a quiet night. Staff and ownership were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return.“
“Just dined at 908Bistro for the first time tonight. So happy we tried it. Our waitress Jess was very friendly. Food was wonderful. I had the blackened steak top with Alfredo special. Steak tips were very tender. My husband had the seared tuna and sad it was great too. Will definitely be returning.“
“Our group of 4 visited the Scargo Cafe as newcomers, and the experience was even better than we had heard! First off, the Cape in early-March is practically shutdown for the winter, so finding an open restaurant is a challenge in itself. But not only was Scargo Cafe open, it was a quite filled with customers. Nonetheless, the service was prompt, friendly and experienced. Drinks orders were taken within a couple minutes and delivered soon thereafter (nice selection of wines and draft beers!). The menu had a wide diversity of choices, quite impressive. We ordered the special beef stir fry, grilled swordfish with rice/asparagus, and shrimp asian salad (w/ almonds+cranberries). Topped off by grape-nut custard (a house specialty). Everything was excellent and filling. Will certainly return when back to the Cape.“
“Went there with family to celebrate Mom's 56th birthday. Started off with bowls and cups of the famous Clam Chowwder. I had the Captain's poutine (fries layered with chowder than topped with fried clam strips) and would highly recommend it. For our entrées we ordered lobster rolls, the captain's platter, and the fried shrimp platter all cooked to crispy perfection. Finally, as a surprise, they sang Happy Birthday to my mother and gave a complimentary Butter Toffee Bunt Cake al a mode. Our server went above and beyond, and he made it an enjoyable experience. We will highly recommend it to anyone who asks and are looking forward to our next visit.“
“I cannot say enough good things about this place. Every server and employee there was so nice, friendly, and warm! The food was absolutely delicious! Perfect night out! I'm looking forward to going back there for my birthday dinner :)Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free options!“
“Service was great. Food was amazing. We ordered the shrimp and tater tots for apps and were delicious. The brisket sandwich was phenomenal. Best of all unknown to us we went on trivia night! Completely unexpected but an absolute blast. The host of the trivia was very welcoming and funny. Will definitely be back. It was a great experience.“
“The Beacon Room is a must do. We ventured upon The Beacon Room last year and had such a great experience that we talked about it throughout the year. We knew when we came back this fall we had to go again. The atmosphere is welcoming, restaurant is cozy and warm. The food.... Amazing. Staff.. amazing. In particular, Brian. We made early reservations for a hi-top (definitely make reservations). We asked if the bar was available when we arrived and it turns out it was.. which is what we hoped for. We had such a great experience with Brian last time, so this was a great surprise. Brian is attentive, personable, listens and very knowledgeable of cocktails and food recommendations. He interacts with customers, knows what they like.. all while handling a full bar. You can also share with Brian what you're thinking of ordering and what appetizer might pair up well with that. He's spot on, too! This year we had the Burrata app.. amazing. Lovely toasted bread with garlic, greens and fresh cherry tomatoes. We ordered the duck (as did I last year) and the NY strip, rare. Both came with the phenomenal Brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. Absolutely fantastic. We each ordered dirty martinis , which were delicious and made perfectly. We will definitely be back next year and will continue to highly recommend The Beacon Room. If you are visiting the cape, we highly recommend you add this gem to your places to visit. You won't be disappointed.“
“My husband and I had our Wedding rehearsal dinner on Lobster Roll Cruises this past August. What an incredible experience it was! The service was amazing all night long. The drinks were killer, the food was spectacular, and the vibe was perfect! The best lobster roll I’ve EVER had, hands down. Cruising along Sesuit harbor provided incredible views and special memories for us and our guests! The price was also totally reasonable and beyond worth it, our friends and family had a BLAST it was the perfect way to kick off our Wedding weekend. Thank you so much to the crew + captain for making our rehearsal dinner unforgettable! We cannot wait to come back again soon!!! ☺️“
“My wife and I came here during a weekend getaway in Cape Cod. We got the fish sandwich and burger with fries. The food was great for the price. It’s a small restaurant, and the staff is very kind and friendly. Also the food was ready very quickly! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick and easy food spot.“
“The Thanksgiving buffet was a cornucopia of dishes. Raw bar, carving stations, and a Macallan tasting station, to name just some. The food, the service and the ambiance was exceptional. Lastly, the chef and his staff ensured all patrons were satisfied. This was a Thanksgiving to remember!“
“Service was excellent. Table for 4 in quiet nook of main dining area. Excellent drinks. Duck confit appetizer with pecan/pear/beet salad made an excellent dinner. Cod entree and gourmet meatloaf plus squash soup were also enjoyed. Warm pecan tart with ice cream and chocolate bread pudding were outstanding. A wonderful experience!!“
“Tonight my wife and I had dinner and it was quite a great experience! We were warmly greeted and brought to a cozy, warm and pleasantly lit table. Our waitress Julie was wonderful! I order the scallop special and my wife had the lobster papperdera. The food was top shelf! We split a vanilla, honey and caramel cake with a few espresso martinis. Overall I would rate this a “Best in World Class restaurant”providing the very best service. Having met a dear friend Kathy from the past made the night even better. Highly recommend dining here!“
“Wonderful restaurant....with a large bar area in a separate area.We split a large ceasar salad between 3...it could have fed 4 or more.Scallops were plentiful...Lamb chops were seasoned perfectly....over white beans....and the asparagus was cooked perfectly as well. The steaming bowl was full of seafood over a small amount of pasta. The broth was exceptional as was the service.“
“We recently stayed at the Orleans Waterfront Inn for a wedding. The hotel is centrally located and a good launching spot to explore the outer cape. The view of the cove from our bedroom was lovely and the wedding reception/ festivities were also great. Everyone working at the inn was very friendly and more than accommodating. The rooms were also clean and comfortable.“
“First Visit for Take Out. Fried clams were excellent and plentiful. Loved the Onion Rings! Fried haddock was delicious. We enjoyed the crispy batter on the chicken tenders too. Felt it was fairly priced with food costs increased now. We’ll be back for “
“Great seafood market - Helpful staff. Large variety of fish. We ordered the seafood sausage to go - amazing. Casing was a little tough, but will remove it next time I cook it. The sausage, I believe, was filled with shrimp, scallops and fish. Excellent. They also offered a couple different breads - the multi grain was also excellent.“
“The busy places had a ridiculous wait time. So we drove to this place. The decor isnt welcoming, its more of a sports bar than family dining. Food was pleasantly surprising. Hostess was friendly. We got calamari, mac and cheese, fisherman's platter and broiled scallops. Everything was very good. Give this place a consideration. The food wont disappoint.“
“Lobster Rolls filled with luscious claw meat, dressed with only a smidge of mayo, and garnished with a few scallions! Delectable from the first bite until the last—all while enjoying the Cape Cod waterfront—either indoors or outside on the patio.“
“The stuffed clams were awesome. Lots of clams! While the burger was delicious it took a couple of tries to get it cooked right. Lindsay was a great bartender even though we had to wait for over 5 minutes before she came to the bar. Maybe having a meeting in back? They did just open.Dietary restrictions: They have a few GF itemsKid-friendliness: Kid menu. Family friendly.“
“Clancy's restaurant is an elegant restaurant with a beautiful view over looking water. There are many delicious seafood options with gluten free choices. The waiter was exceptional. The bar was available. The atmosphere was quiet and classy.“
“On walking in, it did not smell fishy or like dirty fry oil! Just good food! It's a counter service spot with a good menu. The lobster roll was fantastic and full of sweet lobster. Fried clam straps were bland but we made them better with all the condiments. The food overall was fresh and good. I would recommend!Dietary restrictions: Extensive gluten free menu!“
“What more can be said about Sir Crickets. Truly a cape code institution. Fish perfectly battered and fried. Fries crispy and well portioned. Coleslaw a great touch. All of the condiments you could want, including unlimited lemon wedges. Will be back.“
“Being in a small plaza, this place was a pleasant surprise with a cozy colonial atmosphere. We were seated by a window that had a beautiful view. The menu had some great offerings. Inhad the Turkey Stuffing melt with Mac & Cheese. It was excellent, some of the best turkey I've had eating out.My husband had the Cape Cod Rueben, which was filling for him and tasted great. The service was great, I was surprised by how fast our.food came out after ordering.Over all, we both agreed it was a great choice on our day trip.“
“Good food. Nice place. They have a rather limited menu of around six choices. I can’t say that I loved the food but it was good enough.I did like the chocolate desert.Oh and I do have to say that they have an extensive selection of whisky and (amazingly) gin. But I have to say that $36 for a nip of Yellow Spot is (pretty) outrageous. Same price (and same comment) for some of their single malt selections. They don’t take reservations.Good enough if you are in the areaVegetarian options: None really.“
“It is hard to differentiate yourself as a breakfast place, but my measure is the corned beef hash. I have it whenever I try a new breakfast place. The Wee Packet has the best I have ever had - anywhere. Pure natural flavor, not overstuffed with potatoes, not too salty, not too mushy. And they serve so much of it that it is never old or stale. I will make a special trip to the Cape just to have breakfast here and I am 2 hours away. 10 out of 10.“
“Nine years ago, my spouse treated me to a romantic evening out for dinner at the Yarmouth House. We had such a lovely time here.I'll never forget sitting with him in the front window by the mill wheel in dim lighting while sipping wine and eating chicken kabobs, hoping one day to have this experience again.I can gladly say that even though time has passed since our first dining experience here and prices have increased over the years, understandably, of course. But even so, not all has changed, thankfully. The traditional cozy rustic ambiance has remained the same, and the service is still as pleasantly elegant as I remember. We were very pleased with our chosen meals, the fish and chips, and the squash chicken ravioli. The portions were very generous in size, so plentiful it took me a long time to polish through it all. I'm sure my server may have reservations of me being one of the slowest eaters he's ever witnessed. But I didn't waste a bite! ?My meal was too delicious not to finish even at a snails pace. Haha!“
“We went on a snowy Friday and were able to be seated immediately. Food is always great but the winter salad was beyond great. Pizza and portabella sandwich were both satisfying. Host staff were very kind and the owner was making sure everyone was happy.“
“Came in for a quick breakfast stop, and boy did I get quick service! I got the 2 eggs (doubled it to 4) with bacon and hash with the toast with an orange juice, and it was done in minutes! I was in and out in about 15 mins. Great servers, and good food! :)“
“Had the broiled shrimp- it was awful- rice was awful- ended up ordering a burger which was very good- most of my group loved their meal - myself and one other who had a woeful chicken sandwich were unimpressed- however have been coming here for over 30 years and will come back again - Just won’t order broiled anything and get a burger- can’t eat the fried food anymore. The place is iconic to Chatham- don’t let my negativity on one order stop you from going here!Kid-friendliness: kids are free to roam around outside- picnic tables are very new and clean - entire place is clean.Dietary restrictions: have gluten free options- gluten free fryers“
“This is a terrific local pub with a surprisingly diverse menu. The food is well-prepared, of high quality, and often delicious. The staff is welcoming, friendly and attentive. It is no surprise that it attracts a large group of regulars who enjoy being there and typically enhance the experience. I've returned many times and I'm never disappointed“
“We'd give extra stars if we could. The Best service and Amazing food. Ronda, our waitress was Fantastic. I mentioned that it was my bfs birthday the next day and we were going to get our dessert to go but she Said them she can't make it all pretty. So we decided to have it there. She brought it over with a candle and all the waitstaff and they same Happy Birthday to him?“
“Always enjoy a night here! The cocktails are creative (love the Beets & Bourbon) and the small bites are yummy as well. They also often have live music from some really fun local bands/singers! Can't wait for more summer nights here.“
“We’ve lived on the Cape for almost forty years, and this is our favorite seafood restaurant! The seafood is fresh and not greasy, portions are good, owners are friendly, and the atmosphere is “Cape Cod”. After you dine, there’s a small miniature golf course that helps entertain the kids but doesn’t take forever to complete! Highly recommended!“
“Excellent golf course layout with a fun but challenging course which is in excellent condition.Bunkers are strategically placed making the approach to greens also challenging. You will not be disappointed. After golf you can go restaurant on property for a beer or meal.I played many rounds and keep coming back.“
“I was surprised that there was no wait here. The food was great, and service was top-notch.They were doing a pretty brisk take-out service while we were there, and the pizzas going out the door looked and smelled amazing. We dined in, and the seafood was great! We'll definitely be back.“
“A great place to watch some sports and have a nice hearty meal! Everything we ordered was great! Delicious food, good portions and great service! The chicken cheese quesadilla was my favorite! The bbq pulled pork nachos were very tasty too!“
“Thoreau's is the pub area of twenty-eight Atlantic at the Wequassett Resort in Cape Cod. We dined here one night, and at twenty-eight Atlantic the other night. Both experiences were fantastic. We loved the decor of Thoreau's, which is a little more laid back. All the paneled wooded walls in the dining room are really nice, but most importantly, the food and service at this establishment are fantastic! Both restaurants are a must visit, especially if you're staying at the resort.“
“I remember when this was just a roadside shack decades ago. The building Is very modern and comfortable. The food is fantastic! So fresh and we go to Seafood Sam's every time we are on Cape Cod.Wheelchair accessibility: I am disabled and ride a scooter. There is a ramp at the front door and accessibility ♿️ has never been and issue. It's easy to move around inside and the bathrooms ? are accessible.“
“My first time here, phenomenal food and even better service. Paul was our server and I have to say I've never had a better waiter. He was extremely attentive and friendly. Our food came out perfectly cooked and in quick time. I will definitely be coming back!“
“Down here on a long weekend from the North Shore. Absolutely amazing restaurant. The atmosphere, service, quality of food and drink are second to none. Our 2 daughters have food allergies and they accommodated them with ease. Our server George was Top Shelf all around. Best Crock of French Onion I have ever had, the flatbreads were amazing, and the martinis were to die for. When we received the tab it was very reasonable. Looking to come back tomorrow for seconds!“
“Visiting relatives on the cape we revisited one of our favorites. Josh, John and Emma were almost as amazing as the food. My husband had New England clam chowder and I had a BLT. Both were fabulous.Parking: We got a spot right away but it was off season so maybe on season it would be difficult.“
“First time going there,wr did a pick up order.ive worked in the food industry for 30 years im very observant and extremely picky, well just walking in to pick up order i notice how packed they were ,how promt service was ,and HOW CLEAN THE PLACE WAS def will be going back for in house service ,this place was so inviting def making this my go to spot“
“Had Ali today as our server. Great personality. Very prompt tried the meatloaf, very good, the vegetable medley was delish as were the potatoes. My husband got a steak and cheese sub with fries which he enjoyed. All staff have been nothing but friendly to us. Will go again next trip to the cape“
“Tried the Oyster Company just by other's reviews. We truly loved our evening. Pear martini was very good. Enjoyed a dozen oysters. Judy was our server and she had great recommendations. The inside was pretty and comfortable. High marks on the duck! Also had the stuffed shrimp and finished with a delicious expresso martini. We will definitely be back!“
“Laurino's is a long-time favorite local restaurant and bar. They have a good selection of food and pizza on the menu. I have had many of their lunch and dinner options and I have always been happy with my choices. Standouts on the menu are the fish sandwich, cheese lasagna, potato skins, and the strip steak dinner. Laurino's pizza is outstanding. Small pies feature the thin crust; large pizzas are tray style with thicker crust. Laurino's has a bar area with a number of tables as well as a dedicated dinning room. another nice thing to do is to hang outside around their fire pit. A place not to be missed when you are in and around Brewster.“
“First time at Encore, and let me tell you it will not be the last! 10/10. 5 ⭐️sMight become a regular! From beginning to end, amazing service! Food was spot on, drinks strong and cookie pie to end the night was so gooey warm and delicious! Chicken Marsala, Chicken Francese, A Cosmo and a Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie! Perfection. Thank you Encore for an incredible night! Can’t wait to be back!“
“First time customer - we went for Hibachi and it was Sooooooo good! Not quite understanding the 1 star reviews on here about rudeness and poor quality service because they were very pleasant and attentive with nothing but a smile! From where we were seated I also watched their interactions with take out customers and they met every guest with a smile! Food was fresh and delicious, we got coconut shrimp that was yummy. The rock shrimp was a bit unusual than is typical but it was still good. We got filet, shrimp and lobster hibachi that was cooked perfectly and delicious! Loved the grilled veggies that came with it. We will def be back! A+++++“
“If you are in the mood for fried seafood, then you will enjoy The Original Seafood Restaurant. The portions are large, and the quality is good. Prices are a bit high, but what isn't nowadays. We've ordered take-out there 5 to 6 times over the past 2 years.“
