“Been hoping to get here for a little while now..girls trip seemed perfect to try especially since my friend has a gluten free diet to adhere to and that can be so very challenging while dining out...first off we learned an order of fried clams can be made in a GF way and fried in separate oil...they were just delicious, crunchy, light. I think my friend Kathy said...you dont know how happy I am right now...that was awesome❤️...we had the most amazing server..never caught her name but she couldn't have been more accommodating and informative...they offer an early bird special between 4 and 6 with many options along with the addition of salad or chowder to start along with their incredibly interesting menu to choose from..chowder was flavorful and very creamy...warm rolls served also...yummy...we all had something different ..steak tips, BBQ Ribs, pork tenderloin and chicken..and as pedestrian as that may sound...the dinners were perfectly cooked with accompanying lovely sauces, homemade whipped potatoes and veggies which were cooked exactly how they should be...crunchy not soft and seasoned well...something simple done with a skilled hand is perfection...desserts...I am a dessert snob..I love to bake and I now only order dessert if they are made in house..and they are here...we had the unfried ice cream, the key lime pie and the smores in a jar...well...those were all stellar...my friend could have the unfried ice cream as it's made in a GF style..so nice to be able.to see her order food that isn't just salad and a bunless burger..so happy for the owners here that are pouring their hearts and souls into a fabulous new dining destination for the Yarmouth area...they have also done a beautiful job with the redesign and decor..cozy and inviting..can not wait to return...open Tuesday thru Saturday for dinner...get here and compliment the chef...he is rocking this place❤️“

“Shortly after the restaurant opened we had two amazingly delicious meals at Cove Coastal Kitchen on Main Street in Hyannis. We were greeted immediately and brought to a table. Our waiter Luiz was very prompt and brought our menus and waters, along with a bottle of water for the table. He then asked if we would like something to drink in addition. I ordered peach sangria and it was fantastic. I ordered cacoila and littleneck clams and hubby ordered stuffed cod with shrimp mozambique. Both our meals were served with crispy potatoes and jagacida rice. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly, so much flavor. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back. Service was exceptional and prompt.“

“Went to Moonfish last week for the first time with a group of friends. Beautiful decor, nice vibe. We all LOVED our meals! Rhonda, our server, was so great. Efficient, personable and fun!!! Great menu; this place has something for everyone! Prices are reasonable; generous portions. Our only negative was the loud music (not live) coming from the bar. We were in an adjacent dining room and the volume was too much!! Can't imagine sitting in the bar area and trying to have a conversation with someone. I will definitely be back to Moonfish. Wonderful addition to the area!!“

“Everything was fresh and tasty. Classic seafood type fare. I suggest you try the Merle stew it was delicious. The bacon wrapped scallops were also a hit and I had the swordfish that came with zucchini. Very tasty. They also were able to do a little side of grilled shrimp for my toddler.“

“Went to the Dolphin Restaurant on 02/12/22. Had 6:30 reservations and was told they still haven't seated all of the 6:00 reservetions yet. The place was packed, you could hardly move. The wait staff that wasn't wearing masks,were having a hard time getting to the tables to serve. Good thing the fire dept. didn't come in, as I am sure they were way over capacity. So we waited close to an hour and were asked if we would consider sitting at a high top, we agreed. So after waiting another 15 -20 minutes for the bartender to take our order. He brought our drinks, I said "we are ready to order" The bartender said I'll be right back. He proceeded to go help bring in the equipment for the band who were setting up 8 - 10 feet accross from our table. At this point I flaged him down asked him how much for the drinks and left. I have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, Valentines Day at the Dolphin for years. I will never return! They pissed a lot of people off for their way over booking. We just weren't smart enough to leave at the begining like a lot of people did. I have never seen a business with so little reguard for their customers.“

“No prices listed that I saw so be aware. Onion rings were tasty. Fried clams were golden and fresh. $8 for fresh squeezed lemonade and it was worth every penny. Parking is same lot as whale cruise so it was a bit confusing. Said lot was full but it was fine to park to eat at the lot to the left when you enter. We had to leave the parking lot and re enter and pay for our whale cruise parking after lunch,just fyi in case that is your plan too.“

“Recently had a rehearsal dinner here for my son and future daughter-in-law (now officially my daughter in law) and wanted to give them a shout out of recognition for both their amazing food and amazing staff. This was a top notch restaurant and everyone who attended raved how great the food was. We had happy hour with appetizers and a buffet of varied bbq choices to also include Mac’n cheese and scrumptious corn bread. We ended with desserts of banana cream pie and St. Louis dirt pie which were delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The owners are fantastic and they certainly made sure everything was perfect. A big thank you to red river bbq.“

“Sitting at Baxter’s in Hyannis Harbor at sunset on a glorious September eve. Incredible sights to entertain on the harbor. Cool laidback staff, and Ryan, our college aged server is so friendly, efficient and accommodating. We ordered drinks and a fried seafood platter to share. Positively the freshest, juiciest clams, shrimp, scallops and haddock, cooked in the cleanest grease (obviously). This is the choice for authentic New England fare and waterfront dining. Add it to your list!“

So many places fall down on the wine list and pairing knowledge, this is not the case at The Pheasant. Texture, taste, ingredients, presentation, wine pairings, all were spot on! “Kicking myself for not having stopped in before. It's one of those places that if you drive by and blink you'd miss it, but definitely worth a visit. Service was extremely friendly and prompt, never once did I have to ask for refill on coffee, and the Portuguese Benedict with home fries was a home run. I usually find a lot of places don't nail the hollandaise sauce well, this place is an exception. Home fries were cut thin so they packed more flavor than regular ones. Loved the fact that the decor was older, do not modernize! Definitely will be coming back.“

“This was a terrific place to eat, watch football, and enjoy a couple of libations. This was a busy place on a Saturday night but, we got our party of 4 in within 10-15 minutes as they promised. “We ate at the Linx Tavern twice during our stay (once inside and once outside) and on both occasions had fantastic experiences. Friendly, efficient service, nice atmosphere and great food & drink. Food across the menu was great from sharers to seafood to steak, but the star was probably the Chicken Milanese (often a fairly simple and safe dish, but done fantastically well here). Bidenomics means eating out anywhere is not great "value" per se, but in the context of what others were providing and charging during our nearly 3 week trip around New England this was very good indeed. Everything was excellent, food, drinks , waitress I have to say thou how impressed we were with your host. What a nice young man, very polite and well mannered. Kudos to his parents.
