“Having dined at Il Montebelo (Dining on the property), many times and looking out at the golf course I have always wanted to play it. I finally made a tee time with a friend and recently played it. I was not disappointed. While it is a shorter course, with only 1 par 5, 3 par 4’s and the rest part 3’s, it taps out at a deceiving par 60 for 18 holes. It is surrounded by woods and lots of trees on each hole and there are over 400 residences on the property as well, many overlooking the golf course. We were lucky enough to have been paired up with a gentleman who had played it a few times before and that was very helpful. The course is very spread out and has a long distance between some greens to the next tee. There are numerous hills, so unless you are a mountain goat, I don’t think you’d enjoy walking it. I always walk my relatively flat 9 hole course with no difficulty, but I would recommend you not walk this course. There are numerous hills, dog legs, bunkers galore, heavy rough, etc. to make this challenging for even a good golfer. The course is in great shape and the greens were excellent. There are trees everywhere, no ocean views as this is located a ways from the bay side, but on that side of the Cape. Right off Rt.6A. I think if you like a challenge you’ll enjoy Kings Way. If you have the time try dining at Il Montebelo too. If not come back and try it another time. I believe it is open all year.“

“Went to Moonfish last week for the first time with a group of friends. Beautiful decor, nice vibe. We all LOVED our meals! Rhonda, our server, was so great. Efficient, personable and fun!!! Great menu; this place has something for everyone! Prices are reasonable; generous portions. Our only negative was the loud music (not live) coming from the bar. We were in an adjacent dining room and the volume was too much!! Can't imagine sitting in the bar area and trying to have a conversation with someone. I will definitely be back to Moonfish. Wonderful addition to the area!!“

“Went to the Dolphin Restaurant on 02/12/22. Had 6:30 reservations and was told they still haven't seated all of the 6:00 reservetions yet. The place was packed, you could hardly move. The wait staff that wasn't wearing masks,were having a hard time getting to the tables to serve. Good thing the fire dept. didn't come in, as I am sure they were way over capacity. So we waited close to an hour and were asked if we would consider sitting at a high top, we agreed. So after waiting another 15 -20 minutes for the bartender to take our order. He brought our drinks, I said "we are ready to order" The bartender said I'll be right back. He proceeded to go help bring in the equipment for the band who were setting up 8 - 10 feet accross from our table. At this point I flaged him down asked him how much for the drinks and left. I have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, Valentines Day at the Dolphin for years. I will never return! They pissed a lot of people off for their way over booking. We just weren't smart enough to leave at the begining like a lot of people did. I have never seen a business with so little reguard for their customers.“

“Just left Scargo We’ve been patrons of your restaurant for many years, often at the bar. Food is always consistent and delicious. Tonight was good news and bad news. On the bad news, Debbie at bar was abrupt, not friendly and a disappointment from what we are use to. On the very good news, CJ was fantastic. Personable, quick, friendly and knows how to interact with customers. We hope it’s all good news next time.“

Not sure what can be done about this due to the particulars of the space, but it was difficult for three of us to carry on a conversation without talking really loudly, which we didn't find pleasant. “We made our reservation 5:30 the day before b/c when we went on Friday evening there were no tables available. My husband ordered the grilled octopus for an appetizer, he said it was a little tough. Katy our waitress was very pleasant and accommodating. She had brought us dinner rolls but they were too hard to eat. I explained that to her and she politely removed and brought us freshly baked rolls which were perfect. I ordered the Chatham pan-seared Scallops w/ risotto & lobster chunks w/ asparagus. It was absolutely delicious! It was very tasty and flavorful. The scallops were tender and perfectly cooked. My husband ordered the Portuguese Paiaya which also was awesome!! It had an assortment of sausage, seafood, clams, shrimp and chicken too over rice and delicious flavorful broth. We completed our meal with a yummy hot apple crisp. Just about everything we ordered was very good. The atmosphere was quite noisy. Otherwise we both had really good meals and will most likely return again.“

“The Portside is one of me and my husband's favorite restaurants when we're in Hyannis. The food is consistently delicious. We especially love the potato skins, egg rolls, steak tips and, of course, the pizza! The drinks are always excellent and the staff is friendly. We've never had a bad meal at the Portside. Plus, the vibe is always fun.“

Blackened swordfish steak with side order of rice pilaf was very tasty, even though weight/portion of swordfish could have been larger. Grilled, skewered scallops were of superior texture and flavor and probably the finest I've ever eaten. Stuffed quahog clam appetizer was impressive. Ample parking and helpful, efficient staff. Orderly, well-stocked men's restroom. I greatly enjoyed my dinner at Baxter's Boathouse during my vacation to Cape Cod!“

“We have been coming to Cape Cod every year since 2017 and staying at our timeshare at The Cove, and I cannot express how happy we are to have The Sunset Restaurant right across the street!

Over the years, this has become one of those places we truly look forward to visiting every time we come back. The staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel right at home. The food is consistently delicious, with great portions and that wonderful homemade feel. My wife especially loves the home fries! 😋

This year, I also want to give a special thank you to Kay. We wish you nothing but the very best on your journey ahead, and we sincerely hope to see you again when we return next year.

“We are looking to buy a home in the Dennis- Yarmouth area. We will be back for lunch around 2 tomorrow 3-2-2024. We found your restaurant last month while shopping at Marshall's. Everything was excellent, food, drinks , waitress I have to say thou how impressed we were with your host. What a nice young man, very polite and well mannered. Kudos to his parents. “This has a local, hometown feeling. It's not fancy, but it's friendly, and the food is good. They had a good choice of items for specials. There were four of us and we had a variety of items. Fish and chips changed to onion rings, a cheeseburger, and fish tacos with rice and beans. The decor is witty and darling. From the name and story of the name of the restaurant, to the cute signs and decor. Diane was our waitress and she treated us like family. The prices are fair. We then walked across the street and walked the beach and caught some breathtaking pictures as the sun was going down“
