On the bad news, Debbie at bar was abrupt, not friendly and a disappointment from what we are use to. On the very good news, CJ was fantastic. Personable, quick, friendly and knows how to interact with customers. We hope it’s all good news next time.“

“Every summer since 2006, Woolfie’s has been a special part of our Cape tradition. We visit around a dozen times each season, and year after year the experience is always consistent warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. He loves the egg whites, bacon, and gluten-free bagel breakfast sandwich, and honestly, he can’t even tell it’s a healthier choice because it tastes that good. “The Portside Tavern restaurant has excellent service and food quality. The app (Charcuterie Board) and both entrees (Braised Short Rib and Cod) were over the top quality and cooked to perfection. What was nice is each entry offered a wine pairing suggestion which made the wine decision easy! The charcuterie board was fresh and had such a nice variety of meats, cheeses, olives, fig, dill pickles, apple, crackers, nuts and dried mango. We will definitely return again.“

“We went on a date night here last night and it was so good we took our family and mother in law back here tonight. Food was SO good and service was great- both our waitresses were super sweet. My mother in law said it was the best flatbread she has ever had and I absolutely loved the ceviche. We will definitely be back when we are in the cape again!“

“My wife recently threw me a surprise birthday party here. From my end, it was amazing! The venue had enough room for about 60 guests and a 6 piece band. Funktapuss. Everything went so smooth from the initial surprise reveal to the food and bar service. The kitchen did an amazing job serving everyone with hot food and everyone I spoke with said their meal was delicious. I had the flat iron steak. It was cooked perfectly and was delicious! The bartender did a great job of keeping everyone happy. I have attached a couple photos. I would highly recommend The West End for a special occasion. My wife told me everyone was very helpful, especially Carolyn.“
