“I don’t hand out 5* reviews often - and I’d give 10 stars if I could. After our second round of dining here I decided to write up a review!

Lune is a true culinary gem that masterfully combines sophistication with the natural beauty of the Cape. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with an ambiance that feels both upscale and warmly welcoming—perfectly suited for a memorable night out or a special occasion.

The menu showcases the best of New England’s seasonal flavors with a creative twist, bringing locally-sourced seafood, meats, and produce to life in beautifully crafted dishes. Every course feels thoughtfully designed, with flavor combinations that surprise and delight without overpowering the fresh, clean taste of the ingredients.

Are the dishes perfect? No, because perfection is subjective. The only constructive criticism we can come up with is to add more sweet potato purée to the duck breast dish.

Service is impeccable, with staff (often you’re served by the owners) who are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about their food and wine. Their wine selection is also excellent, offering options that perfectly complement each dish. The staff is happy to provide recommendations, which really adds to the experience, especially if you’re unsure of where to start.

“The Dog House is a must stop if you are visiting Dennisport in the summer. The food is very well made, staff are always friendly. The Lobster Roll is one of the best I've had on Cape Cod, very well prepared and tons of Lobster meat (see photo). Great drinks as well, great outdoor dining. They are open seasonally, so check their website for hours.”

“Skip Dunkin Donuts and come here. Donuts were delicious. The jelly donut had a generous amount of jelly. The way it should be! Chocolate glaze and sprinkled are yummy too. Vanilla chai was flavorful. My friend had a breakfast sandwich and said it it was tasty.”

“Our only reason for stopping here was that there was no line outside. After passing 3 other places with people waiting, we weren't fussy. Turned out to be a great choice. The first thing we noticed was the prices. My sausage and cheese omelet with toast and home fries, $11.95. At least 4 dollars more elsewhere. Same with the meals my wife and son ordered. 3 meals, $42.00. Very good service. Very good food. While my wife asked if we had somehow pissed off the older woman who seated us, based on her less than bubbly persona, I simply think that's just her demeanor and did not take it personally.”

The food was amazing across the board... the service was charming (thank you, Duet!) and the desserts were awesome too. (Try the Sandbar - a concoction of Graham cracker, chocolate, Reese's and vanilla ice cream that is just out of this world. Two giant thumbs-up - we'll definitely be back!”

The food was good, but did not quite make up for the rough-and ready, DIY vibe. We had to ask for milk and sugar to be replenished at the coffee station. Coffee had grounds in it.”

“Holiday hill ice cream is an interesting building. They should be serving up smash burgers and hand cut fries with the shape of the building. Ice cream was good mine was melting once I got it and it only 78 out. Another one had ice chunks in it but still good. Nice little place. Last the service was good the person was nice and friendly.
