“We’ve lived on the Cape for almost forty years, and this is our favorite seafood restaurant! The seafood is fresh and not greasy, portions are good, owners are friendly, and the atmosphere is “Cape Cod”. After you dine, there’s a small miniature golf course that helps entertain the kids but doesn’t take forever to complete! Highly recommended!”
“We had a great time! The place was full. I strongly suggest making reservations if you want the Hibachi. The restaurant does need updating. It looks a little worn down.Parking: Plenty of parking. Handicapped parking is in the front of the door.Kid-friendliness: There were children there as young as 2 and they seemed very interested with what was going on with the Hibachi and the cook. They were given balloons shaped liked like animals.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a ramp at the door and there's plenty of room inside to move around. The handicapped parking is right by the door.”
“Great experience at Ocean House. We had a very large party that was well accommodated. Our waitress Susan couldn’t have been nicer. We will definitely be back!”
“Great environment. Great food. I loved the fact that they had homemade bread with a nice olive tapenade. Some Italian joints nowadays charge for bread, which is ridiculous, and Leonessa does not. Calamari was great. Drinks were great. Reasonably priced. Would come back for sure.”
“We stopped here one night during our Cape Cod trip because they had vegan options. We had really yummy sundaes and were super happy with the amount of vegan options. There's a few picnic tables to eat at and I found a portapotty by the edge of the parking lot (unsure if it was for this business or the one next door). It's also right next to an overpriced trampoline park that my daughter was really excited about.”
“I have never had a bad experience. This restaurant has always had phenomenal food with fast service. Even if there is a wait, they have self serve coffee and plenty of seating while you wait.”
“The food here is excellent. It is gourmet, vegan food. However, it is all takeout, except for two high stools at a bar. It's rather difficult to find and once you get inside the building, it is puzzling which way you go as there is no sign on their door. The food is exceptionally good here, and it's too bad that I live a half hour away.”
“This place is a gem. The food was phenomenal, ambience, gorgeous. The staff is on par with most establishments, the only complaint I might have is that it was a little slow to seat for a quiet night. Staff and ownership were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return.”
“Just dined at 908Bistro for the first time tonight. So happy we tried it. Our waitress Jess was very friendly. Food was wonderful. I had the blackened steak top with Alfredo special. Steak tips were very tender. My husband had the seared tuna and sad it was great too. Will definitely be returning.”
“It's been a while since our last visit to the Cape and the Keltic Kitchen. It was nice to know not much has changed and that's a good thing. Service was great and quick as the coffee was refilled before I finished the cup (a plus to me). My wife had the Irish Benny as that is her go-to breakfast and she enjoyed it. I have the Keltic Kitchen hash and eggs. There's one of the better hashes I've had and enjoyed every bite. It is my dish for judging breakfast food. The menu has been updated a little since our last visit and would say that's a good sign. When we're back in the area we'll be back.”
“They're wonderful there. The food is good, something for everyone. They bring around a small piece of pizza to try before your meal and then top it off work a warm small rice pudding and shot of limoncello. The host is wonderfully accommodating.”
“This was an excellent find during our trip to Dennis, MA. We ate breakfast here every day! Very good offerings, some unique to the restaurant such as popovers for breakfast. Friendly fast service.Parking: There is a small lot in front of the restaurant”
“The first day open for the spring season. I would have not known if I were not informed as it felt like it was always open. Every body was very friendly, food was served fast and it was just as described. We (my wife and I) could have easily shared the soup and one Burger and it would have been enough.Parking: Next to (part of) Captains Golf Course.Wheelchair accessibility: Perfect.”
“I was limited in what I could order because of food allergies, but what I got was delicious (veggie tacos and fries)! Thank goodness they have a dedicated fryer for their french fries because they are delicious! I really appreciate the patience and thorough answers I received as I asked all the food allergy questions.Vegetarian options: There are two vegetarian meal options and three sides, a good number for the size of their menu.Dietary restrictions: I have a bunch of food allergies, the main problems while dining out being wheat and beef. They thoroughly answered all 947 questions I asked, and I was able to safely order the veggie tacos on corn tortillas and french fries, which is not a safe item for me most of the time. I would have loved to order the veggie burger on a gluten free bun but it's not fried in the dedicated fryer.”
“YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE!!Hands down best restaurants we visited on vacation. Every dish we ordered was delicious and made to perfection. The most delicious espresso martini I have ever had in my life. Chris you are wickedly talented! We will be back again?”
“As pubby as you can get. Come early or wait. Lively Irish pub with exceptional entertainment. Reasonable prices for good food. Great burgers! A must try.Kid-friendliness: Kids dance to the music here. A great show!”
“Awesome place to enjoy a cup and meet with friends. There was a live trio of musicians playing while I was there and it was a great atmosphere. The coffee is excellent!”
“I have ordered countless pizzas and now sandwiches from pizza shark. The pizza is always great and topping very fresh and above average quality.Tonight was again a pleasant experience, so pleasant I thought I’d leave a 5 star review. I ordered three sandwiches. When I arrived I had to wait make 5 minutes as they were busy with the dinner rush. Both the chef and counter person apologized profusely. It was not an issue at all. I just perused the store while I waited. When my order was ready the chef again politely thanked me for being patient and the counter person gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. I did not get either of these young mens names but please commend them. This is great customer service. The gift card was completely unnecessary but such a thoughtful touch. My takeout order was at 7:00pm on 2/27/24.The sandwiches were delicious as usual. Great customer service is a becoming more and more rare. Everyone at your location is always super friendly and helpful which must reflect the way ownership is treating them. Please keep up the great work from top to bottom. Thank you again.”
“I loved this place so clean & inviting!! Pool table, Dart Board !! Our food was delicious and came out quick hot and delicious. Can’t wait to try more of the ”
“Antonella and the Cibo staff thank you for an amazing take out dinner for eight people. My guests raved about the food! From ordering to pickup and heat up was so easy. I highly recommend Antonella/Cibo for amazing home cooked Italian meals dining in or take out. You won’t be disappointed.”
“OMG. I had the best lunch there. Delicious salad and a decadent Treasure Chest Ice Cream Sandwich. Go here often. Great seating and nice people in the amazing North side.”
“Let me start by saying I've eaten a lot of ice cream in my time. The Cape is possibly THE mecca of ice cream in the Northeast, maybe even the whole country. Holy Cow's ice cream is easily the best of the Cape. I have tried all of them - Four Seas, Creamery, Smuggler, Sundae School, you name it. This place's ice cream is just better. Sure, the shop is a little rickety, but you'll forget that detail when you smell that freshly baked waffle cone, the one they made right in front of you, and that first bite of creamy deliciousness.Firstly, the flavors change, with new flavors arriving and others leaving (so don't hesitate to try the interesting ones). Secondly, they win awards. Who even knew there were awards for ice cream? Well, there are, these guys win them, and it's easy to see why. Ritzy AF is impossibly good. They're not afraid to try things out. Orange Cardamom is a pretty adventurous take on an ice cream flavor but it's delicious and different. Their Strawberry is made from actual strawberry syrup, made from actual strawberries. There is a qualitative difference in the strawberry-ness of the Holy Cow product.Did I mention they're open all year round? It's hard when your ice creamery closes at the end of the summer, and we're a year-round community now. Being able to get a pint of the good stuff in December is a big deal.People are loyal to the places they went to when they were kids and they came here on holiday, and that's ok. That's about loyalty, not about ice cream. After you've tried this place I bet that you'll realize that you can be loyal and you can also enjoy the absolutely best ice cream. Two things can simultaneously be true. You can love your family and enjoy the company of your friends! I love Holy Cow and I'm thinking you will too.”
“WOW!!! Is all I can say. The pastries were the best I have EVER had. We had a cannoli and an eclair. Unbelievably good. Wish I had thought to take a picture!!! Prices were great service was amazing.”
“The Beacon Room is a must do. We ventured upon The Beacon Room last year and had such a great experience that we talked about it throughout the year. We knew when we came back this fall we had to go again. The atmosphere is welcoming, restaurant is cozy and warm. The food.... Amazing. Staff.. amazing. In particular, Brian. We made early reservations for a hi-top (definitely make reservations). We asked if the bar was available when we arrived and it turns out it was.. which is what we hoped for. We had such a great experience with Brian last time, so this was a great surprise. Brian is attentive, personable, listens and very knowledgeable of cocktails and food recommendations. He interacts with customers, knows what they like.. all while handling a full bar. You can also share with Brian what you're thinking of ordering and what appetizer might pair up well with that. He's spot on, too! This year we had the Burrata app.. amazing. Lovely toasted bread with garlic, greens and fresh cherry tomatoes. We ordered the duck (as did I last year) and the NY strip, rare. Both came with the phenomenal Brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. Absolutely fantastic. We each ordered dirty martinis , which were delicious and made perfectly. We will definitely be back next year and will continue to highly recommend The Beacon Room. If you are visiting the cape, we highly recommend you add this gem to your places to visit. You won't be disappointed.”
“My wife loves their sweet sauce on the pizza. In my opinion, the only place outside of Revere to get a real North shore beef. Always tender, plentiful and delicious. Treat yourself and get a Superbeef 3-way.”
“Read about this place on a Facebook page about Cape Cod dining, and it was every bit as good as it was advertised. Busy, but service was prompt and thorough. Excellent omelet.”
“Woolfie's is a wonderful bakery and a five star restaurant. I can now enjoy my delicious Woolfie's ground coffee here in Naples, Florida! Can't wait to visit for the muffins, pastry and lunch this summer!”
“Finding the Piccadilly Cafe and Deli may well have been our saving grace as far as Breakfast and Lunch places go - since moving to the Cape full time 2+ years ago we’ve been mooning over the lack of Deli style restaurants here versus those we had up in Metrowest (shout out to Kugel’s Deli in Framingham!) We’ve driven past Piccadilly at least a hundred times and never stopped in - our BIG mistake! One morning we decided to try them for breakfast as we were out very early (6:30 pm) and lo and behold - we were happily surprised by not only the selection and quality but the PRICES were amazingly reasonable!Everyone there is incredibly welcoming (Patti, Stacie, Sue & Cara, along with Eddie and Jen at the counter are all amazing) and they will soon know your name and greet you like family - give Piccadilly a try and you won’t regret it - LOTS of options for both breakfast and lunch - a really good cup of coffee and early hours makes this our Go To most weekdays and weekend morning!”
“Artichoke and Spinach dip, Filet Mignon, and Seafood Strudel. The food tasted great. The steak was very tender and the Strudel was amazing. Service was outstanding. Sorry no pictures.”
“Stop at the spotless, sun-filled Lighthouse Cafe for generous portions of classic diner plates served with a smile. Great prices for great omelettes! Try the corned beef hash for a hearty breakfast.”
