I am a regular at 400 East and have been for many years. The staff always make you feel welcome and at home. The food is always good and reasonably priced. It has become my Cheers and I highly recommend it.
Had a great late lunch at 400 East yesterday served by great waitress Elena. She made us feel right at home from the get-go. She provided excellent service--she remembered us from a previous visit some long time ago. Food was delicious, nutritious, beautifully presented, appropriated priced, and generously proportioned such that leftovers would be a second meal. Rest room was spotless.
