“Service is always terrific. Tara waited on us on our last visit & she could not have been sweeter. Ambiance is always upbeat & friendly. Outdoor seating during good weather. Wide variety of traditional Mexican dishes, often with a gourmet flair. Food is well prepared & delicious for the most part. Warm fresh chips & amazing salsa served as soon as you are seated. Great margaritas. Shrimp salad, black bean soup, enchiladas & tacos are winners. If we’ve ever had a problem the management is lightening fast to fix it.They also opened a new taqueria “Blanco” further down Main Street / 28 to grab a bite without the wait.“
“Overall this was a fun place to grab a late lunch. Dive bar with a scuba-theme.Staff/service was average though it was a bit awkward when we first walked in. We were not sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait. We wandered into the game room then back to the bar side before being seated.Facility- One room is a small dive bar with bar seating and tables. The adjoining room is a game room with pool tables and some games. The restrooms are located between the rooms. What we got:STUFFED QUAHOG $8 - it was Tasty(Chopped clam, linguica, ritz cracker with drawn butter and lemon wedge) I made mine spicy. Spicy was still very mildLOBSTER BISQUE$13/cup- left something to be desiredCRUNCHY COD FISH AND CHIPS $22-(Deep fried cod fillet battered in cornflakes and almonds, served french fries and coleslaw.) This was really good the fries were very tasty! The fish has a super crunch that we found very appealing.Drinks- Quahog Republic Golden Ale- very good.Parking is available on site“
“Food is excellent, pricey but good. Oysters are the best oysters in the NE. Really inventive traditional dishes from Salads to entrees. It’s tight seating though. We had a loud group near us and as the dinner progressed with more drinks profanity and their voices carried throughout the room. Not the restaurants fault but just something to keep in mind.“
“South shore bar pizza at its best here on Cape cod. You don't have to go over the bridge anymore! Delicious pizza. Friendly service take out and dine in. Love entertainment some nights. Just really great bar pizza . Chicken tenders are also so good!!“
“Unique place with old school vibes. If it weren't for being purposely set up this way, I would have given less of a rating. Cash only if you check this place out. Mainly a place for beer and liquor. I was going to play on the pool tables, but for $2 a game I decided not to.“
“CAN'T BELIEVE I HAVEN'T TAKEN A MOMENT TO RAVE ABOUT SIMPLY DEVINE YET...BEEN COMING FOR YEARS!! MY FAVE IS THE SWEET POTATO BACON PIZZA...WOW! EXCELLENT EVERY TIME. WE TAKE THIS OUT ALOT, BUT HAVE DINED IN NUMEROUS TIMES FOR SALADS, PASTA..ALL EXCELLENT. SERVICE IS EXCELLENT, ATMOSPHERE AND THE OWNER ARE GREAT. MANY BUSINESSES COULD LEARN ALOT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT (Hyannis are you listening?).“
“Quaint little restaurant in town that had all of the old timey charm while being clean and elegant. We went during Cape Cod's off season during lunch and it was not very busy at all. We tried the lobster rolls, korean fried chicken sandwich, and the appetizer wings. The lobster roll is served cold and is very flavorful. The korean fried chicken sandwich was amazing! Staff was nice and attentive!“
“We really enjoy visiting Offshore Ale Company when we are on the Vineyard. We love its warm, casual and inviting atmosphere. The vegan options aren’t extensive, but there are enough. This time we had a great pizza which they veganized by leaving off the cheese. This is one of our favorite places.“
“This was my first time going to Loud Kitchen. They had a bit of a limited menu I think because of the time of day I was there but that was fine because I wanted wings anyway! I ordered the small order of breaded wings with blue cheese and the medium heat Buffalo sauce on the side. Everything is clearly homemade. The “breading” was not like you get when restaurants take them out of the bag and put them in the deep fryer. It was almost like a dry rub with really nice seasonings. The blue cheese on the side was definitely not out of the bottle and clearly their personal take on it which I applaud because this is what confident chefs do. My favorite places are fine dining in a very unassuming place at inexpensive prices and these types of places are very far and few between. This is definitely it! Can not wait to go back!!“
“Nestled on Martha’s Vineyard’s tranquil waterfront, Coop de Ville promises both an aesthetic and culinary treat. The ambiance, coupled with their expertly crafted wings, offers an experience that is distinct and memorable.Wing Flavors Breakdown:1. 3 Mile Island: ?️?️?️?️?️• Flavor Profile: This sauce is a masterclass in achieving the perfect equilibrium between heat and depth of flavor. Its layered composition gives an initial spicy punch, followed by subtle and savory undertones that make it irresistibly moreish.• Consistency: Strikes the right balance, ensuring every wing is uniformly coated without being drowned.2. Jamaican Jerk (Wet & Dry): ?️• Flavor Profile: Distinctive for its blend of spicy, sweet, and savory, the Jamaican Jerk here leans away from the excessive sweetness often associated with this flavor. Instead, it presents a well-rounded taste experience that echoes authentic Caribbean flavors.• Consistency: The wet version offers a glossy, rich coat, while the dry gives a textured, seasoned exterior, catering to varied preferences.3. Suicide: ?️?️• Flavor Profile: Contrary to its menacing name, the Suicide offers a delightful heat without pushing boundaries. The flavor is robust and rounded, making it a choice pick for those who appreciate spice without extreme intensity.• Consistency: Sufficiently saucy, ensuring each wing is enveloped in its rich flavor without becoming soggy.4. Cajun (Wet & Dry): ?️• Flavor Profile: This is where southern charm meets the wing world. The Cajun offers a peppery and smoky taste, evoking the rustic flavors of Louisiana.• Consistency: The wet variant provides a moist and tangy experience, while the dry seasoning brings out the crunch and character of the wing, allowing for a dual experience.Recommendations: The 3 Mile Island stands out as a must-try for its unparalleled flavor journey. However, each sauce brings its unique charm to the table. Depending on your preference for heat, sweetness, or a fusion of both, there’s a flavor awaiting your discovery at Coop de Ville. In Summary: Coop de Ville isn’t just about the wings; it’s about the art of wing-making. The meticulous crafting of each sauce, the consistency, and the evident passion behind each flavor profile make it a premier destination for wing aficionados. If you’re visiting Martha’s Vineyard, a pit stop here isn’t just recommended; it’s essential. ???“
“The barmaid was our server upstairs. She complained that we were sent upstairs before she was ready. It was Sunday around 1230 pm. It took forever to be waited on for food. The 1/2lb hot buttered lobster rolls were fantastic but the lobster was ice cold which was strange. Mine was very wet.“
“This place is a cool hang out! It's got a bar, tables, and of course bowling. They have live music some nights. I've been here for a few birthday parties. They give you the option to bowl when you have a party. The food was also pretty decent! We just got pizza and wings for the table. The wings were excellent. They had these little delightful crispy bits on them and the ranch dressing was awesome. And the pizzas were good size too. We also got drinks and the bar tenders were quick and accommodating.“
“A last minute venue change to the parrot for a bday party- Tracy and staff were nothing but accommodating, flexible, kind and well prepared for us, even with short notice. Everyone had an amazing time and the food was awesome- as were the drinks! Highly recommend! Caroline our server was also wonderful! Parrot made my moms 70th a magnificent night to remember!“
“I recently dined at Courtyard restaurant in Cape Cod with a group of 22, and I must say, the experience was delightful. The food and appetizers were incredibly delicious, leaving everyone satisfied. The waitress provided excellent service, being both attentive and quick in catering to our large group's needs. A truly enjoyable dining experience that I would highly recommend.“
“I wish I could give this restaurant 6 starts! My bf and I went to cape cod for a week long work trip and we’re not able to find many good restaurants to eat at - that is until we found this one. The entire experience was PHENOMENAL. The host was so kind and sat us for our res early. Our server Taylor L was so kind, knowledgeable, cheerful and positive. So helpful and on top of everything. The food was all delicious and so fresh! Will be back again next time we’re on the cape!!“
