Quahog Republic Reviews
Great food, good atmosphere and awesome bartenders and wait staff !
Honestly the staff is what makes me want to go back the most! Great service from an amazing crew! oOh and the wavy gravy fries 😉
Fulfilled a bucket list item when we stopped in on Saturday night for a Monster lobster roll after hearing stories about it for weeks leading up to our visit. It did not disappoint. Huge and delicious and perfect. Asked for some swag for sale but they didn't have any but our fantastic waitress found me a random beer bottle cozy and I will cherish it. Thanks for a great time. DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE.

The Quahog Republic is a fun and lively dive bar with a scuba-themed decor. The staff and service are generally average, but it can feel a bit awkward upon arrival as the seating protocol is unclear. The facility includes a small bar area with seating and a separate game room with pool tables and other entertainment options.
The menu features a variety of seafood-focused dishes, including the popular STUFFED QUAHOG ($8), which is described as delish, and a spicy version is also available. The LOBSTER BISQUE ($13/cup) has received mixed reviews, while the CRUNCHY COD FISH AND CHIPS ($22) is praised for its crispy batter and flavorful fries. The almond encrusted cod sandwich is also mentioned as perfection. The Quahog Republic Golden Ale is well-received, along with great seasonal beers.
Overall, this establishment is seen as a "rough diamond" - a local spot with a fun, casual atmosphere and good food and drinks. Visitors can expect a lively experience with live music, games, and reasonable prices, making it a great place to gather. Locals and visitors alike should check out this friendly dive bar.
