“Gerardi’s was on our list for over 2 years and finally made it, and it was worth the wait! Would 100% go back, and only a handful of Mid Cape restaurants are in that category for us.Highlights of our early dinner:- Our server, Dominic was friendly, quick and accommodating. We went with our menu choices, didn’t ask for any recommendations and he didn’t try upselling any specials or desserts once, which was much appreciated.- Crab cakes were generous in size and unique in flavor and design with the crispy potatoes and sauce on bottom.- Our 3&4 yo kids loved the meatballs and they’re picky so that’s an award itself.- Chicken picatta was super rich while also very light with the crispy risotto on the side.- Short rib pappardelle was rich with unique flavors (never had anything similar to it).The place got super busy by the time we left but service kept up with the crowd, we didn’t experience less quality or longer wait times.Should’ve taken some food pictures but we were starving. ?Dining with young children might get challenging as the restaurant has two single stall bathrooms. We didn’t have to wait once (lucky us), but I see how that could be frustrating with toddlers needing to wait for potentially minutes to use the restroom.“
“We held an event at the Bass River golf course restaurant on 6/10/23 for a party of 40. The restaurant is now run by CHG Catering with their home office in East Windsor, CT. We rented their outdoor patio with its lovely water view. Our clambake buffet luncheon included chowder, lobsters, sirloin tips, netted steamers & mussels with sausage, coleslaw, muffins, and dessert. The food was excellently prepared, delicious. The onsite manager and waitstaff for the event were friendly and helpful. In addition to the patio rental, and buffet production, they charge an event production fee that covers gratuities and coordination for setting up the event. All attendees were pleased by the experience. Not inexpensive, but not disappointed. Thank you CHG !“
“We had a wonderful dinner at Ocean House ... Lobster Tagliatelle, Filet Mignon, Chilean Sea Bass and a mix of appetizers. Our meals were delicious and our server (Eva or Ava) was attentive and friendly. She did a great job. We will be back!“

“St Patrick's Day was not good being outside with good friends for over an hour and a half.Very cold and windy!!! I would have felt better if I knew reservations were taken. When I called 2 days in advance the recording stated that NO RESERVATIONS were being taken for the 16th and 17th. Ok I thought first come first serve. Got there at 12:09 after church. Waited and waited and waited cause I love this place. Only to here party of 5, party of 9, party of 4 etc etc etc etc. The recording should have said reservations for the 17th are full. So we finally get in and the corned beef was one I've never had before. not good and hardly any vegetables. servers were great! Working hard to get food to people.Really if I only knew in advance there was standing room outside only and reservations Were taken in advance I wouldn't have felt so bad. Felt like it was about making money on a holiday not about people. Guy at the door replied only doing what I was told. Really didn't care about people either. Everyone on that line was shocked to hear only reservations were getting in. THEY HEARD THE SAME RECORDING! Not nice. So hope you have a good laugh reading this. Not be back.“

“Great Cape Cod seafood restaurant with some of the best clam chowda in New England. Servers are very friendly. Has a rustic feel inside. The bar area has a ton of fire uniform patches from all over the world!!! The main dining area has lots of windows and is very well lit. On my last visit my youngest and I each had chowda, she had the lobster macaroni and cheese and I had the baked Cod. Everything was delicious! I have had their fried seafood in the past, always cooked perfectly!“

“This is our third visit to this Hyannis restaurant and this was probably the best. This place is really unique and the food they serve reminds me of my native SouthWest France for its quality, savor and presentation. The waiter was very attentional to details and did a great job explaining what each meal included. We followed his recommendations for the night special and the scallops and haddock were spectacular. We also managed to also meet the owner, Florence, who is from a small town next to mine in France and she was very charming. We had a wonderful dinner in a very nice restaurant and we will be back very soon.“

“I am finally taking the time to add my review of Spinnaker. Right from the start Andrea the co-owner is the most accommodating, friendly and upbeat person you will ever meet. She is always willing to fit my wife and I in and always welcomes us like family to the restaurant. The service is stellar, a great group of professional team members that treat all patrons like royalty. The atmosphere is quaint and very comfortable. Very good sound levels and no bad tables. Rob, co-owner and chef is as good as you will ever find on the cape. The food is consistently excellent and you can tell he takes pride in every meal that leaves the kitchen. Rob and Andrea have a background in food preparations with roots in the North End of Boston as well as Italy. The menu is not extensive but every meal is of the highest quality. There is a good mix of seafood, Italian and American cuisine. My wife and I believe that Spinnaker has raised food to the next level on Cape Cod“

“I was there with my MA family for Easter dinner and we were all very satisfied with the atmosphere, service and food!Three of the adults ordered off of the Easter menu, one from the Tavern menu and the 3 kids got the chicken fingers and fries. I was the only one needing a to go container for the rest of my risotto, and that was after the other 3 adults tried it! There was a lot of risotto and I was happy to take it home for later!Vegetarian options: I opted for the vegetarian risottoKid-friendliness: 3 boys under 12 and they had a great time with crayons and their yummy food!“

On a stormy night in the winter the inside bar is our refuge of choice. The food is very well prepared. We had some excellent Barnstable oysters today. The lobster bisque is divine. The seafood is very fresh.Stopped by for a late season early dinner and martini. Friendly crowd . Great service.“

“The stuffed clams were awesome. Lots of clams! While the burger was delicious it took a couple of tries to get it cooked right. Lindsay was a great bartender even though we had to wait for over 5 minutes before she came to the bar. Maybe having a meeting in back? They did just open.Dietary restrictions: They have a few GF itemsKid-friendliness: Kid menu. Family friendly.“

“I had the pleasure recently eating at this restaurant. The unique atmosphere added to the excellent service and delicious food. The staff friendliness and attention to detail made the entire experience top notch. Highly recommend a visit for dinner or a drink in the bar ! A return visit is definitely on the agenda next time I am in the area .“
“Cozy little brewery. Had a lot of options for games and all of the beer we had was solid. Although I’d certainly recommend the bartender’s suggestion to turn their hard lemonade seltzer in to a shandy by adding a lighter beer to it. It was very tart.“

“Service was excellent, from the host to the server, quick, attentive, and interactive. We had the bang bang shrimp (outstanding flavor and spice), and the crab cakes (very good with awesome sauce and not too much breadcrumbs). I split a pizza with my brother (pepperoni, spicy sausage, mushrooms, and jalapeños with some anchovies on the side), it was spectacular and full of flavor, with a perfect thin, crispy crust. Highly recommend, and the spicy blood orange Margaritas are very tasty too! Thank you Tap city, we will be back!“

“Had Ali today as our server. Great personality. Very prompt tried the meatloaf, very good, the vegetable medley was delish as were the potatoes. My husband got a steak and cheese sub with fries which he enjoyed. All staff have been nothing but friendly to us. Will go again next trip to the cape“
“This is what constitutes a “dive bar” on Cape Cod. It holds up and the decorations are interesting, especially the decoupaged vintage photos. Definitely not the quintessential dive bar one would look for, but this place holds their own in a tourist area where nothing is really impressive. It’s obviously a hangout for locals and open late with karaoke that attracts a young annoying crowd. As overpriced as all of Cape Cod and comfortable enough, but for sure catering to a young crowd“

“I attended a Celebration of Life here for a dear friend. The staff was extremely accommodating and super friendly. It is usually a Members only place and I am not a member. That being so, I was welcomed with a smile. I don't drink alcohol but they gladly made me a cup of coffee while I waited for my friends to arrive. Thank you for being so nice during a difficult time.“
