Although I'm from the Cape and now live in Florida, I've never been to this sweet little local dive bar. We were there for the Super Bowl, so we brought our food in, but the bartenders were awesome, and we had a lot of fun!

Awesome little dive bar! Each section of the bar feels like its own cozy space. They also have pool!

Cool, little dive bar. There is not a huge selection of beer on draft, but they do have a great covered patio and a jukebox to play music.

If you are looking for an authentic night out in Hyannis, try the Duck Inn Pub on a weeknight. Sit a the bar or outside. I thought the Weds. night karaoke was a pretty good trip down memory lane.

Your typical dive-bar. Johnny, the bartender is the man. Great people watching too. They have some characters in there...

This is what constitutes a “dive bar” on Cape Cod. It holds up and the decorations are interesting, especially the decoupaged vintage photos. Definitely not the quintessential dive bar one would look for, but this place holds their own in a tourist area where nothing is really impressive. It’s obviously a hangout for locals and open late with karaoke that attracts a young annoying crowd. As overpriced as all of Cape Cod and comfortable enough, but for sure catering to a young crowd

Helmed by a man named Johnny famous for his "HELL-OH!" we came across the Duck Inn Pub almost by accident.Cape Cod isn't the cheapest so finding a dive bar like this is like a rare jewel. The regulars are all super friendly, the drinks are good value and the atmosphere second to none.

my best friend and I went on vacation last May .. since we hadn't been to Cape cod for so long we asked around where to go to get a drink and have fun even in the off-season before memorial Day, and we were told to go to the Duck Inn and Embargowe hadn't been out to get drinks even in Boston where we live so we were a little shy. I think the locals don't care for scattered tourists that come before the season because nobody really talks to us, although the stuff on the walls is awesome and that's why I gave it more stars!!! the pool tables and arcade games are awesome. I realize that locals that live there year-round don't want to talk to anyone but pretty girls or cute guys but maybe more of an effort on the part of the owners and bartenders to just asked how we're doing or whatever. the guy that checks the IDS and a few other patrons and management were yelling and the guy checking the IDS appeared to be drunk. I only say that because I don't want them slapped with some big fine. definitely a local spot but if you're gorgeous go there you'll have a good timeKid-friendliness: NO KIDSParking: we went before memorial Day so it really wasn't hard to find a spot but I think after memorial Day either get there early or find another spot to Park I didn't see one Hyannis police cruiser there so I don't think it would be dangerous to park somewhere it says no parking as long as it's not a fire hydrant. I would park in one of the hotels parking lots and sneak away LOL they are Rusty motels but they have big parking.Wheelchair accessibility: call ahead because it is not wheelchair accessible. but as I said these guys are local and I think they would be kind and accommodate you.
