Big shout out to Maddie who was so friendly tonight, brought my pizza round back and was kind and professional on the phone and in person. You were raised well, girl, and you're a stellar human. You're going to go far in this world!

Papa Gino's is known for having the best pizza around, featuring a crispy crust from their legit brick oven. The sauce is delicious and consistently good, making it a favorite among many. Customers have expressed excitement about the pizza crust and sauce remaining delicious as ever. Although some amenities like fountain soda have been removed, many still consider it the best pizza chain.
However, some customers have reported issues with service, including incomplete orders and long wait times for delivery. One customer noted that their pizza arrived cold and the delivery took over an hour, leading to disappointment. Another customer experienced difficulty reaching someone by phone before opting to use the app for their order. Despite these concerns, the food quality remains high, with plain chicken fingers and chicken wings being particularly praised. The pizza continues to impress, especially with the addition of Mike's hot honey and the use of corn meal at the bottom of the crust, which enhances the taste. While the delivery staff, including a driver named Paul, receive compliments, cleanliness has been noted as an area needing improvement. Using the app for ordering pizzas is recommended for a better experience.
