I just visited the new Panera site in Hyannis. To say I am surprised is an understatement. The new site is much smaller than the former site Panera occupied for many years. The new site has much less seating and the area where customers get coffee/tea consists of one machine that if busy will lead to a line of customers waiting. The area is very congested with only a tiny counter which made even finding space to set my cup down to pour milk in my tea a challenge! I wish Panera...read full review
New location is excellent. The new coffee machines brew to order and are a significant improvement in taste from the pots.
Soda machine is also new and drinks never tasted better!
Only bad thing from new location is drinks are no longer self service and paper straws. Please get rid of the paper straws and bring back the old ones! Please!

I’ve ordered sandwiches from Panera Bread probably 50 times, and this is the only location where they keep putting the vegetables inside the oven while preparing the sandwich.
I genuinely don’t understand why. If I order a sandwich with cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, or other fresh vegetables, the bread should be toasted first, and the fresh vegetables should be added afterward. Why are you putting fresh vegetables inside the oven?

Panera Bread in Hyannis offers a great experience with hot and fresh food. The staff is good and the store has been pretty clean. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The restaurant is known for healthy food choices and reliable delivery service. A visit to Panera Bread guarantees a pleasant dining experience with caring staff and delicious meals. The French onion soup here hasn't let them down yet. One of the employees has the same voice as the Radio host, Jim on Boston Public Radio at the GBH. Great service and lots of food. They are always friendly and helpful, greeting customers with a smile and letting them know about savings.
