Unsure why they switched to these plastic sharp black spoons. My lips have been cut twice by those spoons. Ridiculous. Never relying on their takeout utensils again.

The app doesn’t give a place for comments, so this is a Thank-you note. I didn't expect to get the missing croissant from my former order, but this is a kind and sweet act. I have had so many orders from Panera during the past couple of months because they provide good delivery, healthy food choices, and, most of the time, good service. Even missing items will be made up later on.

Definitely going down hill, Panera is good but the service here isn’t. There’s lazy cutting of corners, like you order a long sandwich and no one cuts it where you are supposed to cut it, or adding ingredients you didn’t know about or ask for, little things like that especially if you order it online.

I love this place just to get bites for lunch ! I went to this place couple months ago with friend of mine and we really enjoyed it. the food was great and service so quick and I love the bear claw taste was so good

Nice food and quick service. Amazingly cheap prices. You can order on the app, online or using a terminal inside but we found the terminal needed a pager which they didn't have so had to order at the counter, slightly annoying. The car park area is currently a building site so best park close by.

If I could do a 0 star review, I would. The caesar salad my girlfriend got had stale croutons and tastes horrible. We also both ordered mac and cheese, only gave us one spoon for 2 bowls of Mac and cheese. Then when I went to get a second spoon, I didn't realize until after I sat back down that it was a dirty spoon. If you're reading this, don't come here, you will not leave satisfied.
Have purchased baguettes many times, and always loved their authentic French baguettes. Not any more, no better than the run of the mill supermarket bakeries.

Delicious blueberry bagel and coffee for only $0.95 through the app. Location was clean and modern, staff were friendly and efficient, food was great. Only issue was that the self-service kiosks were down, but otherwise fine. I recommend.
