Overall, a good experience. We were brushed off by 5–6 employees, but one woman provided exceptional service and really stood out. We also haven’t gotten consistently good portions at Chipotle in quite some time, which has made us hesitant to come back. Tonight, though, the portions were solid and the food was great. Hopefully the service continues to improve!
As a frequent Chipotle customer this is a Top 5 bowl I’ve ever got. Ordered online and it was ready at the exact time it said. Very impressed.
Most of the negative reviews on here are from summer visitors complaining that the store, at times, can be overwhelmingly busy; status quo for Cape Cod in the summer. This is a perfectly good chipotle with very kind staff who make tasty food exactly as ordered and serve it quickly.
