Ordered chicken and rice soup at 7:30 PM - no chicken - no rice- sent back and we ordered the French onion-.which was gross -both soups must’ve been made in the morning and sat on the stove all day -really inedible

The absolute worst experience ever.. the server forgot to fire our food and never apologized and we waited over 1.5 hrs for our food. Refuses to admit fault and absolutely couldn’t care less. With 5 kids.. so hungry we watched all the tables around us get their food and pay and leave.. terrible terrible terrible! Short staffed.. or busy.. own it.. admit the mistake and try to make it better.. they wouldn’t do anything.. until someone from our party had to complain many many times.. the reluctantly put our food in to go boxes and they covered the food expenses. A ruined night. Management needs to train their staff.. common sense and how to properly time out their fire times.

Bobby Byrnes has a couple of restaurants in eastern Mass. We have been to the Hyannis restaurant a number of times. Every time we eat here, I am amazed at the variety of items on the menu, there is certainly something for everyone. From the dinners, big salads, sandwiches and apps there are so many things to choose from. The kale soup is delicious, as are the bites or calamari. Would love to see more Gluten Free options.

Stopped in with a party of 6. Seated immediately on a Wednesday night. Not busy. Service was great. Quick and efficient!
I ordered a Negroni which came out missing the slice of orange! But still tasted great.
Ordered the Rueben which was delicious as well. Decent portion. Fries were crispy. All around solid place. The rest of the parties meal all looked good as well.
Overall a solid location for a bite to eat and drinks!

The food is good but the service is amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive, you might have to wait because it tends to get very busy given their location. But it is worth the wait and once you are seated, the staff takes care of you so you will not have to wait long for appetizers or drinks
Setting aside the miscommunication of my phone order (I got chicken and steak instead of shrimp and steak), the Shenanigans Chef salad wasn't something to write home about. Maybe it would be better in the restaurant but it was a thin layer of lettuce, not worth $20.

My husband, son and myself went to the Mashpee location. We always have enjoyed good service and food. However, this evening was not one of them.
We were seated quickly. The waitress came over in about 10 minutes, took our drink orders and our food order.
45 minutes later, no food and only a quick answer that we our food was coming out "soon." My husband and son were getting ready to leave when the food arrived. It was cold and tasted not so good.
At the end my husband went up to the young lady that seated us to express our frustration with the wait time and below average food. She couldn't care less, told us that it was jot her job, take it or leave it. She was rude and inconsiderate.
Conclusion, I will leave it. We will never go back.

I have been to this restaurant on numerous occasions over the years. Food and service always very good. However, this evening was my first bad experience.
The service was fine l, and we ordered our meal choices. 45 minutes later, no food and other tables, who came later, were served ahead of us.
As we were about ready to leave out comes the food. it was cold and tasted sub par.
When we went to the front to express our frustration, the young woman was rude, dismissive and couldn't give a hoot. She claimed, "not my job" and if you don't like it don't come back.
Don't worry - we will never return. Obviously, our patronage is neither wanted nor appreciated.

Waiting 30 minutes to be seated- which was fine. When seated, waitress took over 10 minutes just to bring waters. Took even longer to get drinks and beer. We were the last customers at the patio and the wait staff was more interested in socializing with each other than being attentive to us. Food was meh but not worth the poor service

My wife and I celebrated our 48th wedding anniversary by going to Bobby Byrnes in Mashpee. We had great service at our outdoor table from our server Hannah. We had drinks and a Calamari appetizer which turned out to have green and red peppers in it which my wife really enjoyed. I had the Landry Surf and Turf (Steak Tips and Scallops) and my wife had fish and chips and they were both terrific. What a nice way to celebrate our anniversary. We both highly recommend Bobby Byrnes in Mashpee for great food at, by today's standards, reasonable prices and friendly, attentive service from their very pleasant wait staff.
