Cool environment. Staff wasn't very friendly, that day. Dont order the fried chicken sandwich. It was freezer meat NOT FRESH.

Bar service is terrible. If you’re not waving her down you don’t get service. Need someone else’s behind the bar.
I ordered the same meal twice a week. This week I got half the amount of what I usually get in the increasingly rude and arrogant and ignorant manager told me that everything is freeway and I told her she was wrong because I get this meal twice a week and Friday it was double the amount. Most of the staff is amazing, but there are a certain few individuals that need to be let go because of their ignorance in arrogance and rude demeanor of the customers

Food was tasty, great service and a nice atmosphere. Had a burger and fries, good beer selection. Sat inside at a booth, but you can also sit at the bar. I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. Located at the Mashpee Commons plenty of other places to visit and shop after or before you eat.

Went in with my wife and daughter to have a light dinner. The hostess said it would be 10 minutes for a table to be cleaned on the bar side. We sat at the bar and ordered a beverage each. The young lady who served us was lovely. However the drinks were not the best.
The table remained dirty for 15 minutes. My wife asked the young man and the older man if the table would be cleaned shortly. The older man grunted and the young man abruptly said, shortly. I watched as the young man went over four times, barely any effort, to clean the table. After thirty minutes we decided to leave. We paid the bill for 3 beverages. I was still kind and left a 25% tip. Short money.
The young lady at the front desk then asked if we’d like to be seated. We thanked her politely and said we were leaving.
We left and had a wonderful dinner at Siena and the service was amazing. Such a pleasant atmosphere, fabulous food and absolutely lovely people.
Unfortunately, something must’ve happened at Bobby Byrnes this evening that the service was so poor. You could tell the two men working weren’t happy to be there.

BUT, one of our party has many food allergies. She ordered onion soup. She found mushrooms in her soup and immediately went into her protocal to prevent a major reaction. Our server was told and he went straight to the Manager who sent him back to our table telling him to come our meals. The Manager couldn't be bothered to speak with us with a potential ER visit and lawsuit on the line. 1. Who puts mushrooms in onion soup? 2 Who has a manager that can't be bothered to immediately come to inquire about the patron, but instead leaves it to a college student?
The atmosphere, service, and the food was very good. BEWARE, though, if you have food allergies.

I am quite allergic to mushrooms and they were incorporated in the French onion soup without being listed in the item’s menu description. When we pointed this out to our server and told him that there could be a potential health crisis, he advised the manager on duty, who then sent the server back out to apologize. Thankfully, quick administration of allergy meds avoided a trip to the ER. The manager never made an appearance at our table to follow up, the only follow up was the server letting us know that our meal was comped (not what we were looking for). A manager is responsible for what happens under their watch and to not become personally involved during a potentially serious medical crisis was rude and not appreciated. Potential allergens need to be listed on menu, so due to lack of proper concern and engagement by the manager on duty we cannot recommend this restaurant.
