They really need to hire people who have a personality and know something about customer service. These people are absolutely clueless. Rude and apparently can't understand English. It's to bad because the food can be good if you get the correct employee.

I was dying for a whopper impossible burger I walk in I'm standing in line and some guy is sticking his fingers in someone's French fries going to the drive up and he's eating them oh my God stare clear of this place that is just freaking gross

they let you order on the app but when you pull up to the speaker they tell you they are closed, they are very rude and straight up stop responding on the intercom if you tell them you have a mobile order.

Every time I arrive at the establishment at night it's closed. They always close early, and that's absurd. Today it says it closes at midnight, I arrived at 10:45 pm and the employee said it closed because she was alone. Other times the same thing happened, but the employees hid and turned off the lights so I wouldn't see. This always happens when I go there at night; it's disrespectful.

The sandwich maker went the extra mile and our sandwiches were very good. They made sure to add planet of fixings and it made a huge difference to typical Burger King. The service was also friendly

They never got the order right even when it’s printed on the slip. They also never give sauces for the chicken fries even though it should be included. No jce? Forget that - your cup is now full of ice with a bit of drink. We never had so many issues with a Burger King but this one was a complete bust.
Disgruntled employee stated they were closed when I pulled up to the drive-through at 10:50pm despite their hours being listed as 11:30pm. Do better BK.

I had a DoorDash and this girl named Julia long black hair was really mean didn’t a single Ounce of kind and empathy answered me without any respect because I couldn’t pronounce the name on the order very uneducated and ignorant .

Normally the food is normal burger king, but twice now in the past few weeks I've stopped by and purchased the new BBQ brisket burger, there was no brisket, looks nothing like the commercials complete sham.

I ordered 8 pc chicken nuggets, they came to me cold. I ordered a chicken classic sandwich with cheese, it was Ice cold. I am not allowed to eat at work, so I could not reheat this. So I just wasted money, I really didn't have to try and eat lunch and now I throw it out. Disappointed in Hyannis.
