Had lunch here yesterday. I try to eat mostly plant based so the Veggie Tacos on the menu was a surprising find. They were excellent. My husband had a burger he thought was excellent also. No problems with either meals. Our server Grace couldn't have been more attentive. She was working the outside patio of 5 tables and what I observed was that she made sure everyone was taken care of. Will definitely eat here again.

We had a party of six. We ordered wings and mussels for apps. They were both very good. We all had drinks... very pricey! Be prepared! Hubs ordered the burger and I ordered a chicken sandwich without the bun(no gf options). Both dishes were ok. Everyone seemed to be fine with their dishes but seriously not thrilled. Its the typical pay a lot for sitting near the water. Let's talk servers though. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 3 is because our server, Liam. He was spot on and he was super busy. Hang onto that server, he is an asset to your business!

Have dined here for years. This year food and service have lacked greatly. Ate here today with a large party and the food was terrible. Scallops were undercooked, steak tips and burgers were over cooked and little kids in our party received their dinner 45 minutes after everyone else. Asked for a manager and he never came despite asking twice. Instead he hid behind the bar and acted too busy. This place is way too expensive for such a poor dining experience. Will not return.

Nice location with harbor views and sunsets. My wife's scallops were great. Mine, not so much. I had a cesar's salad for $17 and added lobster. The issue is the lobster portion was the size of a small ice cream scoop with not just some lobster but celery and mayonaisse for a whopping $30 extra. An Outrageous sum of $47 total! Might consider a return but not the lobster salad plate.

Went with friends for dinner last Friday night and it was not crowded. My wife ordered a salad and added scallops. For an extra $20 there were four scallops on the salad. I decided to try the steak tips. I ordered them medium and they came very well-done. Sent them back and by the time my meal came back everyone else was done eating. They got it right the second time--tips were cooked right and very good. Asked the waiter to speak to the manager but no one came over to apologize or explain. They did take one beer off our bill. Overall disappointing experience.

It is a nice place. If you don't have polo shirt, dockers, you won't get waited on. This is a 1 % place. Food was nothing special for what they charge. Loud and no place for kids. The Titans are solving the worlds problems.
First visit in a long time off season. Not crowded, chill atmosphere hardly any service. One unexperienced waiter only. Food fresh and healthy though I had tos end back my swordfish because it was like cardboard and I specifically ordered it under done. We had a good time!

Went Thursday night with my family after hearing a lot of good things about the Chart Room. Asked to sit inside as it was too hot outside. Was seated quickly by a window only to find out that it was 92ﾟ inside. There were no air conditioners or fans on inside the dining area even though the air conditioners were clearly visible. The only fans were above the bar circulating the hot air around. Everyone seated inside were sweating, using napkins to wipe their faces and foreheads..The staff were soaking wet. When asked one staff member why the air conditioner was not turned on, he replied that "they never turned them on", that he has worked there for many years and they are too cheap to turn them on. People inside were looking at each other wondering why they didn't turn the AC on. This place gets great reviews and makes a ton of money, they should be turning the AC on so their patrons can eat in comfort.. Couldn't wait to get out of there and will never go back again. Spent way too much money there for the atmosphere, the food was pretty good but definitely not worth the price. I would definitely tell anyone to find another place, there are a lot better restaurants with with wonderful views down the Cape than this place...

We had a lobster rolls ($40 each the most expensive on the cape) and were there with 3 other ladies. The food was good and the waitress was very nice and helpful. They take no reservation and the place is jam packed. Many cocktails to choose from. The potato salad is awesome. Chart room in Cataumet is a little better experience overall.
