Heading back home from the RMV with my son who was hungry so we stopped and i ordered him a crispy chicken deluxe from one of them kids with the ipads but what my son got in reality was a little piece of chicken with 1 slice of pickle between a sad looking bun and that was it..so lets just say we were not happy. Next time i will just go to wendys and get a baconator

They have one of those robots that bring the food to your table! (Im easily impressed) lolBest part is they have a nice indoor playground for younger kids!

They do a great job every time. They're really what fast food was intended to be. Tasty, efficient, pleasant--all of that. They occasionally are victimized by their own success (drive thru traffic) and I wouldn't eat there several times a week (it IS fast food, after all), but they do what they do exceptionally well.

i dont know what the managers do but every chic fil a I've been too gives me life. usually fast food places give me depression but chic fil a is the opposite of that.the food is the best, the service is the best, the workers are the best, the cleanliness is the bestif you ever have a less than 5/5 experience at a chic fil a then you are the problem, not them

We visited this restaurant - was given the wrong order which we didn’t discover until we got home (20 minutes away). We drove back to get the right order and didn’t even get an apology from any staff members, let alone a discount, etc.Go somewhere else and get your food right the first time if you’re hungry.
