Chipotle Mexican Grill

The people who work at this location are the sweetest human beings!! Chipotle has been my pregnancy craving pretty much my whole pregnancy and I just needed to shout them out because every time I order from there it’s a great experience, I’m greeted by name and they even remember to include my extra sour cream and a bowl for me! I can’t say enough about this location and the kind people who work there.

Absolutely disgusting ! Last 3x I got a bowl with white rice & is way too salty! So This time I tried the brown rice. It was undercooked almost chipped my tooth. Also chicken VERY burnt. My bowl tastes like the bottom of a charcoal grill.

Big portions and kind employees, my only feedback is careful when deboning the chicken; my chicken burrito had at least 5 bones in them!

Usually this chipotle is, okay. I went in tonight to get a burrito on my way home. Initially they gave me very little rice and i asked for more, then they gave me about 2.5 oz of barbacoa which was pathetically small (trust me i know small). Then when i asked for more because that portion wasn't adequate they told me no and i could get double or just to be okay with that. I walked out.

Took my kid here by request. I didn't think I would like it and suprise I don't. I get the runs just walking by it and inside smells less than pleasant. Staff was not pleasant, but I wouldn't be either having to habitat that place for a full shift. Not a fan, not going again nor will I be taking children there.

I love me some Chipotle anytime!!! Thank you!

The food was very good. The workers were constantly getting new refills of individual food items so they were never scrapping the bottom of anything. The workers were pleasant. The tables and dining area were a messs, such as the tables and floors were filthy.

This was the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Right when I got there it was packed, then I ordered my food and the hot honey chicken was awful, way too much sauce on it which made it not eatable. Then my friend ordered online and we waited there for OVER A HOUR. That is completely unacceptable and made us very angry.

This place was packed when I arrived. I went to the register to pick up my mobile order, and they told me that it never went through. I showed them my confirmation email and they confirmed that I was in the right place. The staff were doing their best and seemed willing to make the order on the spot but I had to leave. They told me that I had to cancel my order in the app to be refunded. I attempted to do that but Chipotle uses AI now instead of being able to contact customer service, so I didn't get refunded 🥲 this location seems pretty overwhelmed & could use more support.

Went for lunch. Portion size was too big to eat in one sitting so at least that was generous. Staff look quite harassed because it is busy with a queue and they have to ask what of the many items you want. Quality and taste of the food was average at best even with the optional extras which should surely enhance the experience.
