Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food was very good. The workers were constantly getting new refills of individual food items so they were never scrapping the bottom of anything. The workers were pleasant. The tables and dining area were a messs, such as the tables and floors were filthy.

This was the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Right when I got there it was packed, then I ordered my food and the hot honey chicken was awful, way too much sauce on it which made it not eatable. Then my friend ordered online and we waited there for OVER A HOUR. That is completely unacceptable and made us very angry.

This place was packed when I arrived. I went to the register to pick up my mobile order, and they told me that it never went through. I showed them my confirmation email and they confirmed that I was in the right place. The staff were doing their best and seemed willing to make the order on the spot but I had to leave. They told me that I had to cancel my order in the app to be refunded. I attempted to do that but Chipotle uses AI now instead of being able to contact customer service, so I didn't get refunded 🥲 this location seems pretty overwhelmed & could use more support.

First time at chipotle and was not disappointed! There’s so many options to choose from! Easy seating, self serve drinks, and good choices for any type of taste.

We stopped in yesterday after shopping in the mall. My wife and I both got the chicken. I got a burrito she got a bowl. We ate our food together in the parking lot 15-20 minutes later we both felt ill. It lasted an hour. It was very clear that it was what we ate. The place was also very dirty. We will think twice before eating here again.

I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken, and the rice was so undercooked I had to throw it away.

Just came here to get food the food was good but the workers all stood once place as if they don’t know why they are at work working and they are in deep stress than anyone else and they weren’t friendly at all the customer service sucks , if u don’t like your job just stay home !

Maybe just before closing isn’t the best time to go because the rice and wrap were dried out, veggies way overcooked, and the staff tired and grumpy.

As a Colorado native (where Chipotle originated from), I have been so disappointed with this Chipotle location. I am a connoisseur of Chipotle and have been enjoying it since the 90s. This location needs help. I have written multiple times attempting to give feedback, including to management and corporate to no avail.

Primarily, the food doesn't taste good. They don't season their rice with salt, like juice or cilantro. Meats, salsa and guac lack flavor.

Beware of this location.

11/02 I started go to Chipotle very often cause of brisket, it’s very tasty. But today I was served by the guy who’s attitude was unacceptable, he even don’t listen what I telling him, he put little bit of brisket in my bowl I asked to add half of spoon, to which he told me that he charging me 7$ extra. I am also working with food and customer service, I know how hard is it, but you don’t have to show your attitude without any reason and charge WAY EXTRA as it should be!
I am going to this place 2-3 times a week, I am always ordering the same bowl, my total always 16$, yes, I paid this extra money but I don’t have any desire to come in this place anymore

Waited at line for 10 minutes. 3 employees there and not one of them could take my order. The shorter girl in the black hair is running around doing everything while the other girl is just standing there.
