Try to make it easier for myself and order delivery. They bring the wrong pizza completely. They remake it and send it out and the delivery driver calls from a different town with a different address completely… what is wrong with this place? Had to be refunded and get food elsewhere bc they couldn’t get it to me. Huh? *** update.. they never refunded and I have to fight my bank now. *update 2, still no refund. They just stole my money.

The pizza was absolutely deplorable. Firstly, it was dry as hell, there was no sauce. It wasn't fully cut, it had no taste, it was essentially burnt toast. I have NEVER had dry pizza from a Domino's, so that's telling in itself. As a visitor, I'm not entirely sure what's going on with the food scene here in Massachusetts, but I think it would be wise to either invest in more training for your employees, paying a better wage, something to make them actually care about their job enough to make the food edible. Seriously. The only good thing about this place is how kind the young guy at the counter was. Whatever his name is, thank you for being awesome!

One of the worst Domino’s outlets I have ever dealt with. I went there in person thinking it would be easier than ordering online or by phone, but the experience was just as bad. The staff work with zero interest, moving at an unbelievably slow pace as if they are being forced to be there. No energy, no courtesy, no sense of customer service.
When you try to call them, they don’t pick up. When you order online, it says “order completed” but in reality the order never even started. And when you go there to ask, they casually say “we didn’t receive your order” — no apology, no solution, nothing. Just blank faces and careless responses. Whenever asked for an update on the order, they look inside and then figured out that they need to make the order(Start the order). And after all this wait, guess what, they make the wrong pizza.
There is absolutely no proper customer communication. Nobody takes responsibility, nobody even tries to help. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with such an unprofessional and uninterested team. This outlet is a complete embarrassment to the Domino’s brand. When spoke about this, no acceptance of the mistake, just a casual talk saying do you want a refund or a new pizza.
Better to close the outlet or change the entire staff that work here/ store management.
