My pizza was not sliced all the way through, which is as good as a not slice:14pm. Another issue was that when the manager sliced the pizza (he told me he was the one who did it) sliced totally uneven. There are gigantic slices and tiny slices.I called to complain, and the girl called this guy who said he was the manager. He said if I brought my pizza to the store he’d give me a new one. if I came to the store. I told him if I could come to the store, I wouldn’t have paid for delivery. Then he said he could send another pizza if I sent my whole pizza back. My 2 year old was waiting for this pizza for dinner, she couldn’t wait another 45 minutes. He did not care at all, since he told me I’d have to send it back. I told him, I will send, but it’ll be missing 2 slices for my daughter. He said no. He also told me the pizza was perfectly fine. He said that dominos do not guarantee a sliced pizza.Yes, I yelled at him and hung up.That manager is ridiculous.I told him I was going to write this review, he said “ok”.If you’re his boss, I’m pretty sure the call is recorded.Saturday, 12/09/2023 around 6:14pm

A lil upset, I ordered something and got the wrong order . 2 pasta , 1 chicken alfredo 1 primavera. Got 2 chicken instead and I can't eat chicken so ended eating nothing .

Ordered pizza for delivery, wrong pizza was delivered. Would not make it right by sending out the correct order. Was told I could get a "free pizza" If I came to pick it up.... That defeats the point of delivery! SMH... Terrible business. Won't be ordering from them again.

Their pizza caused me to end up in the ER four times and then admitted to the hospital for 2 weeks. I didn't even want to order from them but unfortunately they were the only place open past 9pm. Biggest regret ever!

If you have any allergies, do not go to this restaurant. They have no training related to allergies and do not even know what a sesame seed is. Not even the manager knows anything, they will just point you to the website.I hope you will be adding sesame to your allergy list next year.

No help whatsoever when my order was incorrect and said it was my fault. I will not be using them again. There are plenty of pizza places that do a better job and make a better pizza. I’m sticking with Pizza Wave across the street in Marston Mills. They make great pizza and have a better menu too. Their salads are always fresh, use better ingredients and are triple the size of the Domino’s sad dried up excuse for ‘fresh’.

Just order two medium 2 topping pizzas from marstons mills Massachusetts location. We ordered a onion, mushroom. Also a mushroom, linguica. Somehow we got a onion and sausage. Box says that but thats not what we ordered. None of us wanted sausage. I personally am disappointed. Its a lil spicy as sausage is and i dont like sausage at all. Does your employees think sausage and mushrooms are same thing????

Bacon was completely raw on my pizza. When I called snd asked for a refund or credit, I was told it couldn’t possibly be raw. He then demanded I bring the pizza in to show him it was raw. Which I did. He said it was just not cooked to my preference ( it was completely raw) then made a huge show out of tossing it into the trash. When I asked for a receipt or some kind of documentation of the credit, I was told there’s no such thing. I was told the credit was attached to my phone number, But the phone number it was attached to wasn’t mine.. Who knows? But I will never do business with the store again.
