My mother and I come here almost everyday on the way to work, my mom gets the same thing every time we go, a frozen coffee with whipped cream. WE got it this time, and it didnt look like there was enough cream in it, so my mother said āthis looks too dark.ā And before she could even ask for more cream in it, the worker, Tiana, screamed at her saying āyou donāt come here everyday, you're being extremely rude, you can come in and get another one but you're not going to talk to ME like that. Once you get your coffee, you can go somewhere else!ā I have NEVER in my LIFE been so APPALLED at the service as itās usually always so nice! I work in sales and customer service myself and i would been FIRED of i spoke to anyone that way never mind a paying customer! unbelievable.

The only reason Iām giving 2 stars is because my coffee was good. I have never had an issue with this place, but when I bit into my food, it made me gag because someone left the parchment paper on the cheese. And I donāt even know how they didnāt see it because it was like in clear view after I actually looked at my sandwich. When I had bit into it, I had just peeled the sides of the wrapper down to take a bite, but when I actually opened it and looked at it, thereās no way that someone shouldāve missed that. I should have my whole meal for free because of this, but because Iām at work, I canāt leave to bring this back. Thanks

Absolutely horrible !! They need people to speak English because they apparently donāt comprehend.. waited forever in line and they got my order wrong went in the inside to fix it and was completely ignored. Would never recommend going to this dunkin.
The coffee and donuts are ok but the staff is phenomenal!!

Ive given this store multiple times and either get the drink totally screwed up or they are too lazy to actually MAKE the drink they half ass throw the ingredients together and hand it out with a giant clump at the bottom of the drink NASTY. There is one person who does her job and she works more of the afternoon shift
