So I was there to deliver a car and customer service had no clue about the appointment and gave me a hard time telling me where to put the car like they didn't want it. Seamed like if I bought a car their they wouldn't want to service it which is no way to do business.

This place has made my coffee incorrectly every day for almost 2 weeks. I’ve had to throw $10 per day away bc of their incompetence. No matter what you order, they just give you a regular. They see you come back with your wrong order and suddenly they’re all blind, deaf and busy…doing tasks that have never been done to avoid eye contact, mumbling under their breath while continuing to avoid doing their job. Honestly, I know this job sucks and pays nothing, but it isn’t hard and they accepted the job and are being paid to do it correctly. It’s also written right on the cup what to do.

How many people have paid an extra 20 cents every day for however long this has been going on. This is the second time this has happened to me. Wanted to confirm that this wasn't a mistake.
